【摘要】：濕地作為棲息地以他的包容性成為了許多瀕危鳥類以及候鳥的主要棲息地、繁殖地,然而城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,人類活動的干擾,不斷地吞噬、侵蝕濕地,導(dǎo)致濕逐步退化,鳥類棲息地面積不斷減少。自然環(huán)境質(zhì)量的惡化,原生態(tài)的棲息地破碎化,威脅到鳥類的生存和繁衍,鳥類物種數(shù)量下降。河南光山龍山湖國家濕地公園位于我國三大候鳥遷徙中線上,為候鳥的遷徙停留提供了非常良好的棲息和覓食場所,是我國候鳥遷徙中線上的重要節(jié)點。因此,本次選題的目的在于希望通過挖掘河南光山龍山湖國家濕地公園自然資源,將濕地公園規(guī)劃與鳥類棲息地保護(hù)結(jié)合,保護(hù)并恢復(fù)濕地公園內(nèi)鳥類棲息地環(huán)境,最大限度地為鳥類營造適宜的棲息環(huán)境,把該濕地公園打造成我國候鳥遷徙中線上豫南段重要棲息地,成為休閑游覽、觀鳥、科普、環(huán)境教育多功能濕地公園。具體研究如下:1、分析歸納國內(nèi)外針對鳥類棲息地保護(hù)的濕地公園建設(shè)相關(guān)案例,對比研究各案例特征,并從中尋找對本區(qū)域濕地公園鳥類保護(hù)可借鑒的成功經(jīng)驗。2、分析本區(qū)域內(nèi)濕地公園的自然資源狀況,包括植被類型,數(shù)量、鳥類種類等,并明確了不同類型、不同生態(tài)位、不同季節(jié)的鳥類對棲息環(huán)境的需求。3、根據(jù)區(qū)域內(nèi)重點保護(hù)鳥類對棲息地環(huán)境的需求性分析,將其與區(qū)域內(nèi)濕地所能提供的棲息環(huán)境進(jìn)行匹配度分析,繼而,基于鳥類棲息地保護(hù)與恢復(fù)的目的,對區(qū)域內(nèi)的濕地優(yōu)化提出相應(yīng)的策略,包括(1).重建不同群體鳥類食物鏈;(2).恢復(fù)水體、水質(zhì)的凈化;(3).特定種類專項棲息地規(guī)劃;(4).恢復(fù)營巢環(huán)境;(5).提高水位線的控制技術(shù),旨在為鳥類營造出匹配的、適宜的棲息生境。4、根據(jù)生物多樣性保護(hù),鳥類棲息地保護(hù),景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等原則對濕地公園做了總體的布局設(shè)計,包括(1).水系和水質(zhì)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃;(2).水岸的保護(hù)規(guī)劃;(3).棲息地生境規(guī)劃;(4).生物多樣性保護(hù)規(guī)劃;(5).棲息地恢復(fù)與修復(fù)規(guī)劃;(6).旅游項目規(guī)劃;(7).科普宣教科研監(jiān)測規(guī)劃;(8).防御災(zāi)害規(guī)劃。5、其中"5.棲息地的恢復(fù)與修復(fù)"部分是本次以鳥類棲息地恢復(fù)、修復(fù)與營造的重點,包括(1)濕地植物多樣性的恢復(fù):完善濕地公園的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),提高水體的自凈能力,營造優(yōu)質(zhì)的水禽棲息地;(2)庫塘水禽棲息地恢復(fù)與修復(fù):根據(jù)不同立地條件和水禽的不同需求,進(jìn)行修復(fù)和恢復(fù),營造鳥類棲息地生境;(3)河流水禽棲息地恢復(fù)與修復(fù):種植鄉(xiāng)土濕地植被,豐富濕地植被群落生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),打造完整的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)食物鏈和生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu);(4)典型水禽棲息地恢復(fù)與營建:根據(jù)不同生態(tài)位的鳥類,需要不同的棲息地,新建不同類型的水禽棲息地;(5)洲灘濕地恢復(fù)與修復(fù):結(jié)合河道采砂跡地水系疏通優(yōu)化、自然河流恢復(fù)與重建以及河岸帶保護(hù)與修復(fù),在現(xiàn)有洲灘濕地,種植鄉(xiāng)土濕地植被,完善濕地的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),打造生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu);(6)植被生態(tài)恢復(fù)與重建:選擇鄉(xiāng)土的、耐水濕樹種,且可以為昆蟲、鳥類提供覓食繁衍的場所。6、理論與實踐相結(jié)合,總結(jié)基于鳥類棲息地保護(hù)的濕地公園規(guī)劃方法和結(jié)論,濕地公園棲息地的保護(hù)與恢復(fù),一定是基于具體鳥類種類的需求而談的,根據(jù)需求而營造棲息生境才能匹配鳥類所需環(huán)境。總而言之,鳥類和濕地是一個相互選擇的過程,鳥類把濕地當(dāng)作聚居地,如果一個棲息地滿足他們的生存、繁殖的條件,他們會用翅膀來選擇。希望本規(guī)劃能夠為今后的濕地公園建設(shè),鳥類棲息地的保護(hù)提供參考,將研究成果用于相關(guān)規(guī)劃設(shè)計中。
