【摘要】：旨在提供一種表計分析與改造思路,增強(qiáng)表計計量的準(zhǔn)確度,使供水企業(yè)與用水戶之間的利益關(guān)系透明化以及提高社會效益。以水平衡分析為基礎(chǔ),從表觀漏損水量入手,聯(lián)合供水管網(wǎng)分區(qū)方案最終形成一種表計分析及改造思路。最后結(jié)合MZ市城市供水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)表計具體改造實例,以實際工程應(yīng)用效果對提出的分析改造思路進(jìn)行檢驗。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to provide a train of thought for meter analysis and reform, to enhance the accuracy of meter measurement, to make the benefit relationship between water supply enterprises and water users transparent and to improve social benefits. Based on the analysis of water balance, the paper starts with the apparent leakage loss. Finally, a new method of analysis and reconstruction of the combined water supply network is formed. Finally, with the example of the concrete transformation of the meter of the urban water supply network system in MZ city, the analysis and transformation ideas proposed are tested with the practical engineering application effect.
