W公司混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件質(zhì)量問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:推行建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、發(fā)展裝配式建筑,是轉(zhuǎn)變建筑生產(chǎn)方式,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措。隨著裝配式建筑的進(jìn)一步推廣,混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量成為大家關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。W公司是一家混凝土混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)企業(yè),主要生產(chǎn)預(yù)制混凝土墻板和預(yù)制混凝土疊合板,混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是影響公司發(fā)展的最主要問(wèn)題之一,因此混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題成為本文研究的的重點(diǎn)。首先,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研分析W公司混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,搜集企業(yè)每周生產(chǎn)例會(huì)、質(zhì)量專(zhuān)題研討會(huì)會(huì)議紀(jì)要、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量周報(bào)、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量月報(bào)、售后服務(wù)單、質(zhì)量反饋表等數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分類(lèi),歸納出預(yù)制墻板蜂窩、麻面,預(yù)制疊合板缺角掉棱等問(wèn)題,其次,基于上述問(wèn)題,借助質(zhì)量管理工具—魚(yú)骨圖,從人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)五個(gè)角度進(jìn)行分析,分析出員工培訓(xùn)體系不健全、振搗、布料不合理等產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響因素。為確定產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的原因,從人員、設(shè)備、方法工藝、物料供給、環(huán)境等五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)具體質(zhì)量問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì),問(wèn)卷發(fā)放的對(duì)象主要是混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件企業(yè)從業(yè)人員、設(shè)計(jì)單位人員、以及裝配式施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員;趯(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,分析出人員和生產(chǎn)工藝是產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題原因的主要表現(xiàn),針對(duì)引起產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的原因,運(yùn)用“5W1H”和“ECRS”分析法對(duì)人員和生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行改善。最后提出改善方案,針對(duì)員工工序操作不到位,提出完善培訓(xùn)體系,設(shè)立獎(jiǎng)罰制度,定期對(duì)員工進(jìn)行考核等方案;針對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝方面的原因,應(yīng)分析改善模臺(tái)清洗工藝流程、模具拼裝工藝流程、混凝土攪拌工藝流程、混凝土布料工藝流程等生產(chǎn)工藝流程,提出建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)、引入防錯(cuò)法等改善方案。通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的研究為企業(yè)補(bǔ)充完善生產(chǎn)規(guī)范提供決策參考,為企業(yè)持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供建議,同時(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)我省混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the construction industry and the development of prefabricated buildings are important measures to transform the mode of production of buildings, to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and to achieve sustainable development. With the further promotion of prefabricated buildings, The product quality of concrete prefabricated members has become a problem of concern. W Company is a production enterprise of concrete prefabricated components, mainly producing precast concrete wall slabs and precast concrete composite slabs. The product quality of concrete prefabricated members is one of the most important problems affecting the development of the company, so the product quality of concrete prefabricated members becomes the focus of this paper. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the production status of concrete prefabricated components in W Company, we collect the data such as weekly production meetings, quality seminars, weekly production quality reports, monthly production quality reports, after-sales service forms, quality feedback forms, etc. The quality problems of prefabricated concrete components are classified, and the problems such as honeycomb, hemp face, prefabricated laminated slab, missing angle and falling edges are summarized. Secondly, based on the above problems, with the aid of the quality management tool, fish bone map, from people, machines, materials, methods, In order to determine the causes of the quality problems, the factors affecting the quality of the products, such as the imperfect training system, the vibrating and the unreasonable cloth, are analyzed from five angles. In order to determine the causes of the quality problems, the personnel, equipment, method and process, material supply, etc. The environment and other five links design the causes of specific quality problems. The main objects of the questionnaires are employees of concrete prefabricated components enterprises, personnel of design units, Based on the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire, it is analyzed that the main causes of the quality problems are the personnel and the production process, aiming at the causes of the product quality problems. Using "5W1H" and "ECRS" analysis method to improve the personnel and production process. Finally, the improvement scheme is put forward, aiming at the staff operation is not in place, the training system is improved, the reward and punishment system is set up, and the employees are assessed regularly. In view of the reasons of production process, it is necessary to analyze and improve the production process, such as cleaning process of mould platform, assembling process of mould, mixing process of concrete, and technological process of concrete distribution, and puts forward the establishment of standard operating instructions. Through the research on product quality problems, it provides decision reference for enterprises to supplement and perfect production specifications, and provides suggestions for enterprises to continuously improve product quality. At the same time, it has certain significance to promote the healthy development of concrete prefabricated component industry in our province.
