【摘要】：山地城市防災(zāi)減災(zāi)科學(xué)問(wèn)題,既是我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化向山區(qū)推進(jìn)的戰(zhàn)略性工作,又是山地城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃與建設(shè)的技術(shù)難題和緊迫任務(wù)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前城市安全可持續(xù)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題和規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的防災(zāi)減災(zāi)研究存在視角錯(cuò)位,通過(guò)對(duì)山地城市災(zāi)害問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市出現(xiàn)的諸多災(zāi)害問(wèn)題的本質(zhì),是空間承載災(zāi)害能力偏弱而導(dǎo)致災(zāi)害對(duì)空間的破壞引發(fā)的。為此,提出從城市實(shí)體空間視角進(jìn)行防災(zāi)減災(zāi)的空間適災(zāi)思路,建立從宏觀整體環(huán)境、中觀空間形態(tài)、微觀空間要素三個(gè)空間層面展開(kāi)空間適災(zāi)研究的思路框架,以期為城市災(zāi)害防治提供新的思路和參考。
[Abstract]:The scientific problem of disaster prevention and mitigation in mountainous cities is not only the strategic work of urbanization to mountain areas, It is also a technical problem and an urgent task in the planning and construction of mountainous urban and rural areas. Aiming at the current problems of urban safety and sustainable development and the disaster-prevention and mitigation research in the field of planning, this paper analyzes the disaster problems in mountainous cities. It is found that the nature of many disaster problems occurring in cities is caused by the damage caused by disasters due to the weak ability of carrying disasters in space. Therefore, the idea of spatial disaster adaptation from the perspective of urban entity space is put forward. In order to provide new ideas and references for urban disaster prevention and control, a framework for the study of spatial disaster adaptation is established from three spatial levels: macro environment, meso spatial form and micro spatial elements.
