【摘要】：市政工程概預(yù)算編制在市政工程體系中位置非常重要,屬于不可缺少的一部分,概預(yù)算編制質(zhì)量直接影響到工程經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。正常來說工程建設(shè)單位都想在完成工程質(zhì)量的前提下,把需要的費用努力降到最低,往往工程建設(shè)單位這目標(biāo)的完成都是對工程概預(yù)算編制進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)來實現(xiàn),經(jīng)過概預(yù)算做出非常合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)的概預(yù)算文件�？勺鳛槭姓こ探ㄔO(shè)順利實施不可缺少的技術(shù)理論依據(jù)。本文是針對現(xiàn)今市政工程概預(yù)算編制時經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的一些問題進(jìn)行了深入的系統(tǒng)分析,并針對現(xiàn)今市政工程概預(yù)算編輯時出現(xiàn)的一些問題給出概預(yù)算編制時有效控制成本地策略,制定出較為有效地工程造價。
[Abstract]:The preparation of budget estimates for municipal works is very important and an indispensable part of the municipal engineering system. The quality of the budget estimate directly affects the economic benefits of the project. Normally, the project construction units want to minimize the required cost efforts on the premise of completing the project quality. Often, the completion of this goal by the project construction units is to strengthen the preparation of the project budget estimates to achieve, after the budget estimates are made very reasonable, The economic estimate and budget file. It can be regarded as the indispensable technical theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of municipal engineering construction. This paper makes a deep and systematic analysis of some problems that often appear in the preparation of municipal engineering budget estimates. In the light of some problems existing in the editing of municipal engineering budget estimates, this paper puts forward some effective cost control strategies and works out more effective project cost.
