陜南山區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)污水管網(wǎng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:排水管網(wǎng)作為城鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,與人們的生活息息相關(guān),它對城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展有著重要影響。在城鎮(zhèn)的開發(fā)建設(shè)中,隨著老城區(qū)的擴(kuò)建和轉(zhuǎn)型以及新區(qū)的開發(fā)和建設(shè),城鎮(zhèn)人口的增加,伴隨著污水排放量的快速增大,排水管網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計就顯得尤為重要。本研究以陜西南部山區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)污水管網(wǎng)的設(shè)計為例,以優(yōu)化污水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計,提高排水效率為目標(biāo),對污水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)從設(shè)計到建設(shè)進(jìn)行了綜合分析,從而為相關(guān)工程設(shè)計提供參考。本工程實(shí)例在設(shè)計中,充分利用現(xiàn)狀地形高差,合理布置污水管道,除局部過河采用泵站提升外,其余污水管道均采用重力流,提升泵站采用傳統(tǒng)泵站,泵站檢修孔等采用法蘭井蓋,管道過河采用雙管過河保證安全;管道截流采用了堰流式截流井,通過調(diào)節(jié)水位控制污水管道的流量;管道敷設(shè)時大部分采用直埋、局部采用架空形式,架空管道檢查井和支墩一起澆筑,支墩上設(shè)有爬梯方便檢修;提升泵站出水管敷設(shè)時每隔120m左右設(shè)置有壓力檢查井,管道沿線還設(shè)有排氣井和泄水井。目前,污水管網(wǎng)已經(jīng)全面施工。從當(dāng)前實(shí)施的效果看,污水管網(wǎng)逐步建設(shè)實(shí)施后,污水收集的效率大幅度提高,直接排入漢江的污水明顯減少,從而改善了所在鎮(zhèn)域水體環(huán)境,污水管網(wǎng)收集系統(tǒng)作用已逐漸顯現(xiàn)。這不僅對當(dāng)?shù)厝司由鷳B(tài)環(huán)境、生活質(zhì)量和下游城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)環(huán)境有著積極的作用,同時對社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The drainage pipe network, as the infrastructure of the town, is closely related to people's life, and it has an important influence on the development of the town. In the development and construction of the town, with the expansion and transformation of the old urban area and the development and construction of the new district, With the increase of urban population and the rapid increase of sewage discharge, the planning and design of drainage pipe network is particularly important. This study takes the design of sewage pipe network in small towns in the southern mountainous area of Shaanxi as an example to optimize the planning and design of sewage pipe network system. In order to improve drainage efficiency, a comprehensive analysis of sewerage pipe network system from design to construction is carried out, thus providing reference for related engineering design. In the design of this project, we can make full use of the difference in topographic height of the present situation and arrange the sewer pipe reasonably. In addition to the local use of pumping station lifting, the other sewage pipes are used gravity flow, lifting pump station using traditional pump station, pump station maintenance hole using flange well cover, pipeline crossing using double pipe river to ensure safety; The pipeline closure adopts Weir flow closure well to control the discharge of sewer pipe by regulating the water level, and most of the pipelines are directly buried, while the partial aerial form is adopted. The overhead pipeline inspection wells and the piers are poured together. The piers are equipped with climbing ladders to facilitate maintenance, pressure check wells are set up every 120 m or so when the water pipes are laid in the lifting pumping stations, and exhaust wells and drain wells are also installed along the pipeline. At present, the sewage pipe network has been fully constructed. Judging from the effect of the current implementation, After the construction and implementation of the sewage pipe network, the efficiency of sewage collection has been greatly improved, and the sewage discharged directly into the Hanjiang River has been significantly reduced, thus improving the water environment of the town in which it is located. The function of sewerage network collection system has gradually appeared, which not only plays a positive role in the local ecological environment, quality of life and ecological environment of the downstream towns, but also has a very important significance for the sustainable development of the society.
