水泥與減水劑相容性的定量評價(jià)和影響機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)凈漿Marsh筒法與泌水率法兩種方法的特點(diǎn),在Marsh筒法相容性指數(shù)定量評價(jià)公式的基礎(chǔ)上,引入抗泌水性能系數(shù)來進(jìn)一步完善水泥與減水劑相容性定量評價(jià)公式。以固硫灰/鈦礦渣摻入水泥為例,研究了水泥與聚羧酸減水劑的相容性及其定量評價(jià)分析,并結(jié)合減水劑吸附特性和Zeta電位測試進(jìn)一步研究了輔助性膠凝材料對相容性的影響機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of Marsh tube method and bleeding rate method, based on the quantitative evaluation formula of compatibility index of Marsh tube method, The quantitative evaluation formula of compatibility between cement and superplasticizer was further improved by introducing the bleeding resistance coefficient. The compatibility and quantitative evaluation of cement and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer were studied by adding sulfur fixation ash / titanium slag into cement as an example. Combined with the adsorption characteristics of water reducer and Zeta potential measurement, the influence mechanism of auxiliary cementing materials on compatibility was further studied.
