【摘要】:型鋼混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)是近年來(lái)研究的多元化結(jié)構(gòu)形式之一,成功的應(yīng)用被越來(lái)越多的建筑界專家所矚目。天津周大福金融中心工程建筑高度530m,其中塔樓外框角柱結(jié)構(gòu)最大截面尺寸3 000mm×17 650mm,組合結(jié)構(gòu)鋼管柱內(nèi)外分布高強(qiáng)度超大直徑密集鋼筋,單根封閉箍筋最長(zhǎng)25m,施工難度大。本工程利用BIM技術(shù)提前進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化鋼筋安裝方式、自制雙槽鋼模板背楞、創(chuàng)新高強(qiáng)度混凝土冬季澆筑順序,節(jié)約了施工成本,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Steel reinforced concrete composite structure is one of the multiple structural forms studied in recent years. The successful application has attracted the attention of more and more experts in the field of architecture. The building height of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center is 530m, in which the maximum cross section size of tower outer frame corner column is 3 000mm 脳 17 650mm, and the inner and outer distribution of steel tube column of composite structure is high strength super. Large diameter dense steel bar, The single closed stirrups are the longest 25m, and the construction is very difficult. This project uses BIM technology to deepen the design ahead of time, optimize the installation mode of steel bar, self-made double channel steel formwork back corrugated, create the high strength concrete construction sequence in winter, and save the construction cost. The expected effect has been achieved.
