【摘要】:本項(xiàng)目為B級(jí)高度鋼筋混凝土超限高層建筑,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、局部轉(zhuǎn)換(穿層柱)、塔樓偏置等超限頂。詳細(xì)介紹了重要部位的抗震性能目標(biāo),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行抗震性能分析,采用彈性時(shí)程分析法進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的補(bǔ)充計(jì)算及罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性變形驗(yàn)算,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能,可較好地滿足抗震設(shè)計(jì)兩階段的性能目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This project is a class B high reinforced concrete over-limited high-rise building with irregular torsion and partial transfer (overpass column, tower deflection, etc.). The seismic performance targets of important parts are introduced in detail, and the seismic performance analysis is carried out. The supplementary calculation under frequent earthquakes and the check calculation of elastoplastic deformation under rare earthquake are carried out by using elastic time history analysis method. The results show that the structure has good seismic performance and can meet the performance objectives in two stages of seismic design.
