【摘要】：當前,在城市的建設中,一些城市多次發(fā)生雨水內澇情況,還有一些城市又存在非常缺水的情況。造成這種旱澇頻繁出現(xiàn)的主要原因就是現(xiàn)階段我國很多城市地面過度硬化。在雨季,地面很容易產生地表徑流,地面徑流大大的超出了城市自身排水的承受能力而導致內澇的產生,并且還會產生非常嚴重的水污染。海綿城市在實際的建設中,主要就是對雨洪整體進行處理,以此實現(xiàn)對雨洪的有效治理。因此有必要加強海綿城市的建設,其能夠在一定意義上對水資源的匱乏有效改善,從而改善城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境。
