【摘要】：2016年我國城市發(fā)展重心開始向中小城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移,新農(nóng)村建設(shè)潮流席卷全國各地。各類政策文件相繼出臺,以規(guī)范并正確的引導中小城鎮(zhèn)的更新建設(shè)。我國對歷史風貌的研究更多是圍繞“文物、街區(qū)、古鎮(zhèn)、古村”的保護,而現(xiàn)在,人們清醒地看到眾多的小城鎮(zhèn)受到城市邊緣化、鄉(xiāng)村城市化的輻射影響,尚未被列入控保的傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)、舊街巷、老建筑正在面臨整片拆除而“話別傳統(tǒng)”的危機。關(guān)于歷史風貌的研究,如果仍局限在保存完好的建筑遺存和歷史街區(qū)層面的話,顯然沒有用“歷史-現(xiàn)實-發(fā)展”的眼光看待問題,孤立地研究“歷史遺存”已經(jīng)無法適應快速發(fā)展的城鎮(zhèn)化。在當前新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,必須放寬研究視角,將研究范疇拓展到小城鎮(zhèn)歷史風貌更本質(zhì)和綜合的領(lǐng)域。深刻理解保護的概念,界定、評價、認定保護、修復、整改、重建或新建對象,需要立足現(xiàn)狀,高瞻未來,找出小城鎮(zhèn)風貌保護的本質(zhì)和根源問題,摸索出針對性的保護對策。本文以江蘇省徐州市睢寧縣凌城鎮(zhèn)北大街沿街建筑更新為例,再對其環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀、人口比例、就業(yè)情況、居民生活習性等因素深度挖掘之后,嘗試提出新的適合當?shù)貧夂驐l件的建筑戶型,材料、構(gòu)造及造型,并做出具有指引性質(zhì)的模塊化設(shè)計單體。以指導類似凌城鎮(zhèn)這樣層級的蘇北地區(qū)歷史城鎮(zhèn)在新的政策下健康和諧地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the center of urban development began to shift to small and medium-sized towns, the trend of new rural construction swept across the country, and various policy documents were issued one after another. In order to standardize and correctly guide the renewal and construction of small and medium-sized towns, the study of historical style and features in our country is more focused on the protection of "cultural relics, blocks, ancient towns and ancient villages", and now. People soberly see that many small towns have been marginalized by the city, the radiation impact of rural urbanization, has not been included in the control of the traditional blocks, old streets. Old buildings are facing a crisis of demolition and "farewell to tradition". Studies of historical features, if still confined to well-preserved architectural remains and historical blocks. Obviously, we have not looked at the problem from the perspective of "history-reality-development" and have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of urbanization by studying "historical relics" in isolation. Under the background of the new urbanization at present, we must broaden the perspective of research. The scope of the study will be extended to the more essential and comprehensive field of the historical features of small towns. It is necessary to understand the concept of protection, define, evaluate, identify, repair, correct, rebuild or build new objects, which need to be based on the status quo. In the future, we find out the nature and root causes of the protection of small towns' style and features, and find out the corresponding protection countermeasures. This paper takes the renewal of the building along the North Street of Lingcheng County, Suining County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, as an example, and then gives the current situation of its environment. After the deep excavation of population ratio, employment situation, residents' living habits and other factors, this paper tries to put forward a new building type, materials, construction and modeling suitable for local climate conditions. A modular design unit with guiding nature was made to guide the development of the historical towns in northern Jiangsu under the new policy in a healthy and harmonious manner.
