多種組合形式鋼管混凝土梁柱平面框架力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:隨著鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在高層住宅建筑、超高層建筑的推廣應(yīng)用,不同梁柱組合鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能受到人們廣泛關(guān)注。到現(xiàn)階段為止針對(duì)鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件方面,尤其是對(duì)不同鋼管混凝土梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)上進(jìn)行了較多的研究,而關(guān)于梁柱均為鋼管混凝土的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的研究較少。本文結(jié)合鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展應(yīng)用方向和國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的研究重點(diǎn),對(duì)比分析了分別采用兩種節(jié)點(diǎn)連接方式,即外加強(qiáng)環(huán)式節(jié)點(diǎn)、螺栓連接的單層單跨鋼管混凝土柱-鋼管混凝土梁、鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁、鋼柱-鋼梁一共六個(gè)平面框架的力學(xué)性能及破壞模式。具體研究工作主要包括:依據(jù)已有的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)有限元軟件ABAQUS建立鋼管混凝土柱-工字鋼梁框架模型,完成了在水平循環(huán)荷載作用下的數(shù)值計(jì)算分析,有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果表明所建立框架模型的破壞模式、滯回曲線及承載力等數(shù)據(jù)均與試驗(yàn)吻合較好,驗(yàn)證了模型選取的材料本構(gòu)模型和粘結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)模型的正確性;進(jìn)行了這三種組合形式梁柱平面框架結(jié)構(gòu)的梁柱截面及螺栓尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并在有限元軟件ABAQUS中完成了六個(gè)梁柱平面框架結(jié)構(gòu)模型在水平單調(diào)荷載作用下計(jì)算分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示鋼管混凝柱-鋼管混凝土梁框架結(jié)構(gòu)的水平承載力最大;完成了六個(gè)梁柱平面框架結(jié)構(gòu)在水平循環(huán)荷載作用下的有限元彈塑性分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上明晰各平面框架在受力過(guò)程中截面應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律及破壞模式等微觀機(jī)理;對(duì)比分析了六個(gè)梁柱平面框架的強(qiáng)度退化、剛度退化、耗能能力等抗震指標(biāo)。數(shù)值計(jì)算得到的滯回曲線均呈飽滿無(wú)捏縮的梭形形狀,表明采用加強(qiáng)環(huán)和螺栓連接的三種組合形式梁柱平面框架均具有較好的抗震耗能能力;分析結(jié)果表明,在節(jié)點(diǎn)連接形式相同的情況下,鋼管混凝柱-鋼管混凝土梁框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震指標(biāo)均高于其它兩種組合結(jié)構(gòu)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)六個(gè)梁柱平面框架結(jié)構(gòu)在水平單調(diào)和循環(huán)荷載下的力學(xué)性能綜合對(duì)比分析,采用螺栓連接的鋼管混凝柱-鋼管混凝土梁框架顯示出較優(yōu)的力學(xué)性能,且具有在施工中安裝便捷的優(yōu)點(diǎn),有益于在工程中實(shí)踐,可為鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的工程應(yīng)用推廣提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the application of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) structure in high-rise residential buildings, super high-rise buildings are widely used. The seismic behavior of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) structures with different Liang Zhu has received wide attention. Up to the present stage more research has been done on concrete-filled steel tubular members especially on the various concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) Liang Zhu joints. However, there is little research on the frame structure of which Liang Zhu is concrete filled steel tube. This paper combines the development and application of concrete-filled steel tubular structure and focuses on the research of concrete-filled steel tubular structure at home and abroad. Two kinds of connection modes are compared and analyzed, that is, single layer concrete filled steel tubular column with single span and concrete filled steel tube beam, concrete filled steel tube column and steel beam with bolt connection. The mechanical properties and failure modes of six plane frames with steel column and steel beam. The specific research work mainly includes: according to the existing test data. The model of concrete-filled steel tubular column-I-beam frame is established by finite element software ABAQUS, and the numerical calculation and analysis under horizontal cyclic load are completed. The results of finite element analysis show that the failure mode, hysteretic curve and bearing capacity of the frame model are in good agreement with the test, and the validity of the material constitutive model and the bond-slip constitutive model are verified. The design and calculation of Liang Zhu cross section and bolt size of Liang Zhu plane frame structure are carried out. In the finite element software ABAQUS, six Liang Zhu plane frame structure models are calculated and analyzed under horizontal monotone load. The results show that the horizontal bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular column and concrete filled steel tubular beam frame structure is the largest. The finite element elastic-plastic analysis of six Liang Zhu plane frame structures under horizontal cyclic load is completed, and the micro-mechanism of stress distribution and failure mode of each plane frame is clarified. The seismic indexes such as strength degradation, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of six Liang Zhu plane frames are compared and analyzed. The hysteretic curves obtained by numerical calculation all show full and no pinch spindle shape. The results show that the three kinds of combined Liang Zhu frame with reinforced ring and bolt have good seismic energy dissipation ability. The analysis results show that when the connection form is the same. The seismic index of concrete-filled steel tubular column and concrete-filled steel tubular beam frame structure is higher than that of the other two kinds of composite structures. The mechanical properties of six Liang Zhu plane frame structures under horizontal monotonic and cyclic loads are compared and analyzed. The concrete filled steel tube concrete filled steel tube frame with bolt connection shows better mechanical properties and has the advantages of convenient installation in construction, which is beneficial to practice in engineering. It can provide a reference for the engineering application of concrete filled steel tube structure.
