城北水廠自動化系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文介紹了南京水務(wù)集團(tuán)有限公司(前身是南京自來水總公司)城北水廠自動化系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)。通過對自來水制水工藝進(jìn)行深入地研究,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了城北水廠生產(chǎn)自動化、水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)、節(jié)能降耗的目標(biāo)。自來水制水工藝已經(jīng)非常成熟,但大部門水廠自動化程度較低,未對全部制水工藝進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的設(shè)計(jì),生產(chǎn)信息化建設(shè)也停留在初級階段。當(dāng)前工業(yè)4.0、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的概念已經(jīng)深入到各行各業(yè),發(fā)揮好自動化、信息化在生產(chǎn)過程中的作用,對水廠降低管理成本、進(jìn)行優(yōu)質(zhì)高效地供水、節(jié)約能源等方面都有著積極作用。本文中對城北水廠自動化控制系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了描述,建立了與制水工藝相對應(yīng)的控制子站,并用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)構(gòu)建高效、安全的控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。混凝劑、消毒劑投加過程中存在大時(shí)滯、大慣性、外界影響大等特點(diǎn),本文通過建立投加過程的動態(tài)模型,應(yīng)用具有前饋-反饋結(jié)構(gòu)的多模型動態(tài)矩陣預(yù)測控制對投加過程進(jìn)行閉環(huán)控制。同時(shí)借鑒串級控制的思想,將PID控制與預(yù)測控制結(jié)合在一起,形成DMC—PID預(yù)測控制。利用串級系統(tǒng)中副回路的快速反應(yīng)來抑制高頻干擾;主回路則通過建立的多模型動態(tài)矩陣預(yù)測控制,有效地改善系統(tǒng)的控制品質(zhì)。本文還借鑒了"大數(shù)據(jù)"的概念,對城北水廠生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了有效地管理,提高了生產(chǎn)信息化水平,為更好地進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)分析、工藝改進(jìn)、控制算法優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the Nanjing Water Group Company Limited (formerly Nanjing Tap Water Corporation) research and design of Chengbei waterworks automation system. Through the in-depth research on the process of water tap water, using the advanced algorithm, realize the Chengbei waterworks production automation, quality standards, energy saving targets. Tap water water technology is very mature. But the Department in a low degree of automation, the design was not systematic to the whole process of water production, informatization construction is still in the primary stage. The current industrial 4 concept, Internet plus has been deep into all walks of life, play a good role in automation, information technology in the production process of Waterworks, reduce the management cost and quality efficient water supply, energy conservation and other aspects have a positive role. In this paper, Chengbei Waterworks Automatic Control System of soft, hardware structure were described, the establishment of The control sub process of water corresponding to the station, and industrial Ethernet is used to construct efficient, network security control. The coagulant, disinfectant, large delay, large inertia and process characteristics, external effect and so on, this paper establishes a dynamic model by adding the application with multi model dynamic feedforward feedback matrix structure predictive control loop control of the dosing process. At the same time using the cascade control algorithm, PID control and predictive control are combined together, the formation of DMC - PID predictive control. To suppress the high frequency interference by rapid reaction side loop cascade system; the main loop predictive control by multi model dynamic matrix is established the control, effectively improve the quality of the system. The paper also draws on the concept of "big data", to the north of the city water plant production data were managed effectively, improve the production level of information, in order to better production The basis of analysis, process improvement and control algorithm optimization is provided.
