【摘要】:屈曲約束支撐作為一種新型金屬位移型耗能減震裝置,具有安全性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、技術(shù)合理性等優(yōu)越性。屈曲約束支撐通過(guò)外圍約束單元抑制內(nèi)核芯材,使其在軸向拉力和壓力作用下屈服耗能,不僅起到普通支撐的作用,而且具有良好的滯回耗能能力,可明顯改善支撐框架體系的延性和抗震性能。對(duì)于高烈度區(qū)特殊功能需求的框架結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下豎向抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件會(huì)發(fā)生較大的塑性變形而破壞,若對(duì)其進(jìn)行屈曲約束支撐的被動(dòng)控制減震設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)吸收能量在很大程度上改善結(jié)構(gòu)在地震荷載作用下的響應(yīng),因此對(duì)屈曲約束支撐和支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力性能的研究是具有理論意義和實(shí)用意義的。論文首先對(duì)屈曲約束支撐的工作機(jī)理和體系理論進(jìn)行總結(jié),接著基于ABAQUS軟件模擬分析屈曲約束支撐,進(jìn)行特征值分析和不同約束比、初始缺陷和間隙的大小等因素對(duì)其承載力性能的影響的分析,得出屈曲約束支撐應(yīng)保證合理的約束剛度比和間隙大小。論文以某高烈度區(qū)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)為工程背景,基于MIDAS/Gen對(duì)高烈度區(qū)純鋼筋混凝土框架、普通鋼支撐混凝土框架進(jìn)行遇地震作用下的反應(yīng)譜分析和線性時(shí)程分析,認(rèn)為在多遇地震作用下,支撐能有效減小結(jié)構(gòu)的位移反應(yīng),并且降低原結(jié)構(gòu)超筋柱所受的水平地震作用,解決其超筋問(wèn)題;通過(guò)對(duì)純鋼筋混凝土框架、普通鋼支撐混凝土框架、屈曲約束支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,認(rèn)為屈曲約束支撐能有效減小地震反應(yīng),保護(hù)主體結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,對(duì)工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行基于目標(biāo)位移法的屈曲約束支撐的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)分析,得出屈曲約束支撐的滯回曲線飽滿,結(jié)構(gòu)豎向剛度更加均勻,為類似屈曲約束支撐在框架結(jié)構(gòu)中的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a new type of metal displacement energy dissipation device, buckle-constrained bracing has the advantages of safety, economy, technical rationality and so on. It can yield and consume energy under the action of axial tension and pressure, which not only plays the role of common support, but also has good hysteretic energy dissipation ability. The ductility and aseismic performance of braced frame system can be improved obviously. If the passively controlled damping design of buckling restrained braces is carried out, the response of the structure under earthquake load can be improved to a great extent by absorbing energy. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the dynamic behavior of buckle-constrained braces and braced frame structures. Firstly, the working mechanism and system theory of buckle-constrained braces are summarized in this paper. Then the buckling constraint braces are simulated and analyzed based on ABAQUS software. The eigenvalue analysis and the influence of different constraint ratios, initial defects and the size of the gap on the bearing capacity of the braces are analyzed. It is concluded that the buckling restrained braces should ensure a reasonable constraint stiffness ratio and clearance size. This paper takes the frame structure in a high intensity zone as the engineering background and applies MIDAS/Gen to the pure reinforced concrete frame in the high intensity zone. The response spectrum analysis and linear time history analysis of ordinary steel-braced concrete frame under earthquake are carried out. It is concluded that the bracing can effectively reduce the displacement response of the structure under the frequent earthquake. And reduce the horizontal earthquake action of the superreinforced column of the original structure, and solve the problem of superreinforcement. Through the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of pure reinforced concrete frame, ordinary steel braced concrete frame and buckling restrained braced frame structure under rare earthquake, it is considered that buckling restrained bracing can effectively reduce earthquake response. Finally, the optimization design analysis of buckling constraint braces based on objective displacement method is carried out, and the hysteretic curve of buckling restrained braces is full and the vertical stiffness of structures is more uniform. It provides a reference for the design of similar buckling constraint braces in frame structures.
