校園公共自行車設(shè)施與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)60年代以來,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)因服務(wù)業(yè)迅速崛起而發(fā)生了巨變,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出由“工業(yè)型”向“服務(wù)型”轉(zhuǎn)型的全球性趨勢。正如美國著名社會學(xué)家和未來科學(xué)家貝爾在20世紀(jì)80年代所預(yù)測的那樣,傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)設(shè)計理念與創(chuàng)新思維在新社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),新的關(guān)于“服務(wù)”的設(shè)計理念、設(shè)計方法和設(shè)計工具的出現(xiàn)成為應(yīng)對目前困境的必需品。我國自改革開放以來依靠龐大且低廉的勞動人口、大量的土地開發(fā)和不計后果的資源開采,創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄地實現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,引發(fā)了快速的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,并成功使5億人口脫貧。然而這一切所取得的進(jìn)展是以環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重惡化、資源消耗的增加以及城市系統(tǒng)的混亂和社會的不平等為代價的。其中,城市化進(jìn)程令村鎮(zhèn)人口大幅度遷徙至城市,更加密集的城市蔓延導(dǎo)致了交通能耗增大,產(chǎn)生了城市氣候異常、生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化和街道擁堵的普遍現(xiàn)象。這種缺失包容性和可持續(xù)性的社會發(fā)展趨勢是不可取的,如何利用21世紀(jì)的信息、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),通過服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新來扭轉(zhuǎn)工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)和傳統(tǒng)社會的發(fā)展模式,以解決它們所無法克服的難題,成為我國未來發(fā)展的迫切需求。公共自行車作為公共服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,受到各國政府的大力支持,是近年來最為成功的服務(wù)設(shè)計及創(chuàng)新成果之一,其“共享”、“低碳”、“健康”的服務(wù)理念深受城市居民的推崇。首先,本文通過廣泛收集公共自行車的研究資料,對公共自行車進(jìn)行深入解讀,分析公共自行車的設(shè)施規(guī)劃及管理方式和公共自行車的服務(wù)系統(tǒng),同時歸納并總結(jié)國內(nèi)外公共自行車設(shè)施與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的特征及優(yōu)勢,得出完整且優(yōu)秀的公共自行車設(shè)施與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)框架,為校園公共自行車設(shè)施與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃提供參考。其次,本文通過分析研究服務(wù)設(shè)計的設(shè)計概念、設(shè)計方法及設(shè)計流程,運用其中的服務(wù)調(diào)研方法對校園公共自行車和在校大學(xué)生使用公共自行車情況進(jìn)行定量和定性的綜合型調(diào)查,得到針對校園及周邊社區(qū)情景和在校大學(xué)生的校園公共自行車設(shè)施和服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的需求痛點。最后,本文運用服務(wù)設(shè)計方法,得出關(guān)于校園公共自行車的服務(wù)洞見和服務(wù)生態(tài),繪制校園公共自行車的服務(wù)藍(lán)圖,設(shè)計校園公共自行車的服務(wù)接觸點,并利用服務(wù)評估對校園公共自行車的方案進(jìn)行服務(wù)評價。本課題通過服務(wù)設(shè)計的相關(guān)調(diào)研方法、設(shè)計理論和創(chuàng)新框架,構(gòu)建一套完善的校園公共自行車設(shè)施與服務(wù)系統(tǒng),利用其創(chuàng)新成果豐富公共自行車的服務(wù)框架,擴(kuò)展服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域,為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、包容的城市化進(jìn)程和社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供創(chuàng)新途徑的參考。
[Abstract]:Since 1960s, the global industrial structure has changed greatly because of the rapid rise of the service industry. The global industrial structure shows a global trend from "industrial" to "service-oriented", just as Bell, a famous American sociologist and future scientist, predicted in 1980s. Under the new social and economic situation, the traditional industrial design concept and innovative thinking are facing a great challenge, new design concept of "service". The emergence of design methods and design tools has become a necessity to deal with the current predicament. Since the reform and opening up, China has relied on a large and cheap labor force, a large number of land development and reckless exploitation of resources. Record economic growth triggered a rapid economic transformation and succeeded in lifting 500 million people out of poverty. Yet progress has been made as a result of a serious deterioration of the environment. The increase of resource consumption and the chaos of urban system and social inequality are at the cost. Among them, the urbanization process makes the population of villages and towns migrate to the city by a large margin, and the spread of more intensive cities leads to the increase of energy consumption of transportation. This lack of inclusive and sustainable social development trends is not desirable, how to use the 21th century information. The network technology and the knowledge economy structure, through the service industry innovation to reverse the industrial economy and the traditional society development pattern, in order to solve they cannot overcome the difficult problem. As an important part of public service industry, public bicycle is one of the most successful service design and innovation achievements in recent years. Its "sharing", "low carbon", "health" service concept is highly respected by urban residents. First, this paper through the extensive collection of public bicycle research materials, in-depth interpretation of public bicycle. This paper analyzes the planning and management of the public bicycle facilities and the service system of the public bicycle, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the public bicycle facilities and service system at home and abroad. Get a complete and excellent public bicycle facilities and service system structure framework, for campus public bicycle facilities and service system planning to provide reference. Secondly, this paper analyzes the design concept of service design. Design method and design process, using the method of service investigation on campus public bicycle and college students use public bicycle quantitative and qualitative comprehensive investigation. Get the pain point of the campus and surrounding community scene and campus public bicycle facilities and service system. Finally, this paper uses the service design method. Draw the campus public bicycle service insight and service ecology, draw the campus public bicycle service blueprint, design campus public bicycle service contact point. And use the service evaluation to the campus public bicycle scheme service evaluation. This topic through the service design related research methods, design theory and innovative framework. Construct a set of perfect campus public bicycle facilities and service system, make use of its innovation achievements to enrich the service framework of public bicycle, expand the innovation field of service industry, for the transformation of economic industrial structure of our country. Inclusive urbanization and sustainable social development provide a reference for innovative approaches.
