地源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)變水溫節(jié)能方式研究

【摘要】:變水溫運(yùn)行管理模式目前是一種應(yīng)用范圍尚未普及的空調(diào)節(jié)能方式,由于其各地區(qū)以及各系統(tǒng)間存在的差異,導(dǎo)致該調(diào)節(jié)方式無法在應(yīng)用范圍內(nèi)大規(guī)模進(jìn)行推廣,但其仍有顯著的節(jié)能效果。變水溫調(diào)節(jié)研究是建立在定水溫、定流量的地源熱泵系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,在保證空調(diào)室內(nèi)環(huán)境處于舒適度范圍的前提下,根據(jù)末端負(fù)荷的變化提高或降低出水溫度從而達(dá)到提高機(jī)組效率,降低能耗的效果。本文主要是以地源熱泵系統(tǒng)定流量、定水溫運(yùn)行工況為對比對象,研究地源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在采用變水溫控制是否具有可行性以及節(jié)能效果。首先通過理論研究,確認(rèn)變水溫調(diào)節(jié)方式在GSHPS上是否具有節(jié)能潛力,并且通過實(shí)際工程案例分析其在夏季制冷以及冬季供熱的節(jié)能效果。具體實(shí)際案例是以蘇州地區(qū)某辦公樓地源熱泵系統(tǒng)為對象,對其進(jìn)行變水溫調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)節(jié)方式為:在夏季制冷(冬季采暖)工況下工況下根據(jù)室外氣候(室內(nèi)負(fù)荷)的變化提高(降低)機(jī)組的出水溫度,室內(nèi)(末端)負(fù)荷的變化主要是通過冷凍水(熱水)供回水溫差來體現(xiàn)的,同時在調(diào)節(jié)過程中測試記錄整個夏季制冷和冬季采暖工況下變水溫運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)。為了更好的體現(xiàn)地源熱泵系統(tǒng)采用變水溫調(diào)節(jié)的節(jié)能效果,在獲得實(shí)際系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)后,采用BIN參數(shù)法以及空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷時間頻數(shù)法(CLTF)對夏季運(yùn)行進(jìn)行計算分析,該計算方式為估算,誤差較小,不影響節(jié)能效果的分析效果。分析結(jié)果表明變水溫調(diào)節(jié)應(yīng)用在地源熱泵系統(tǒng)上具有可行性且明顯的節(jié)能效果。并且在研究過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)在部分負(fù)荷工況下進(jìn)行變水溫調(diào)節(jié)過程中,負(fù)荷率越低,節(jié)能效果越明顯。同時以杭州某辦公樓地源熱泵系統(tǒng)為對比對象,探討了環(huán)境的不同對該節(jié)能方式的影響,對比結(jié)果表明地域?qū)е碌臍夂驐l件差異對變水溫調(diào)節(jié)具有明顯的影響,不同的調(diào)節(jié)模式適用范圍較窄,各地區(qū)需研究出其適應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)方式。由于地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的普及應(yīng)用,其節(jié)能工作也隨之進(jìn)行,本次研究致力于構(gòu)建一套適用于蘇州淺埋式地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的變水溫調(diào)節(jié)模式,對其進(jìn)行變水溫調(diào)節(jié)不單單能夠提高機(jī)組效率,降低能耗,為社會節(jié)能工作作出貢獻(xiàn),更有利于提高地源熱泵系統(tǒng)市場競爭力,推動其在整個社會的應(yīng)用范圍。
[Abstract]:The operation management mode of water temperature is a kind of application of energy-saving air-conditioning is not yet universal, due to the differences in the various regions and between different systems, leading to the regulation within the scope of application to carry out a large-scale promotion, but it still has significant effect in energy saving. Variable water temperature control research is based on the fixed temperature, foundation the constant flow of ground source heat pump system, to ensure that the indoor environment is the premise of comfort air conditioning range, according to the changes of terminal load increase or decrease the water temperature so as to improve the unit efficiency, reduce the energy consumption effect. This article is based on the GSHP system constant flow, constant water temperature operating conditions for the comparison object, the study of ground source heat pump system variable water temperature control is feasible and energy-saving effect in the first. Through theoretical research, confirm whether variable temperature regulation in GSHPS with Festival Can the potential, and through the actual project case analysis in the summer cooling and winter heating energy saving effect. The actual case is an office building in Suzhou area of ground source heat pump system as the object of variable temperature regulation on the regulation for cooling in summer (winter heating) under conditions according to the outdoor (indoor climate load) change and improve (decrease) the water temperature of the unit, indoor (Mo Duan) the change of the load is mainly through the chilled water supply and return water temperature difference (hot water) to reflect, at the same time the test record the data of water temperature operation throughout the summer cooling and winter heating conditions in the adjustment process. In order to reflect the effect of energy saving of ground source heat pump better with variable water temperature regulation, in the actual system data, using the BIN parameter method and the cooling load time frequency method (CLTF) was calculated for the analysis of Xia Jiyun. The calculation for estimation error is small, does not affect the effect of energy saving effect analysis. The analysis results show that the application of variable temperature regulation has obvious energy-saving effect and feasibility in GSHP system. And in the course of the study found that in the condition of partial load variable temperature regulation process, the load rate is low, the energy saving effect is more obvious. At the same time in an office building in Hangzhou ground source heat pump system for the comparison object, discusses the influence of the different environmental energy-saving methods, the comparative results show that the regional differences caused by climatic conditions have obvious influence on the variable temperature regulation, different regulation pattern of narrow scope, the need to adapt to the study because of adjustment. The popularization and application of ground source heat pump system, the energy saving work also, adjust the variable water temperature in this study is committed to building a suitable Suzhou shallow ground source heat pump system Section mode, variable temperature regulation can not only improve the efficiency of the unit, reduce energy consumption, contribute to the energy saving work of the society, but also improve the market competitiveness of the ground source heat pump system, and promote its application in the whole society.
