【摘要】：隨著城市建設(shè)的加快及交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)已然成為我國現(xiàn)代城市建設(shè)和社會(huì)公共生活中不可或缺的組成部分。在城市加速發(fā)展之下,城市空間環(huán)境變得愈加復(fù)雜,人們需要更為規(guī)范、高效、合理的導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)來指引方向。如何提高城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)的體驗(yàn)性,使導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)能夠更好地滿足用戶需求,是目前城市發(fā)展所面臨的一個(gè)重要問題。因此,本文嘗試從用戶體驗(yàn)的角度對(duì)城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行再研究,力求使我國城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)研究理論得以深化,完善城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)策略與方法。本文以城市公共交通為視角,并以軌道交通為側(cè)重來探討基于用戶體驗(yàn)的城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。通過綜合分析城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)的特征與功能、分類與發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)存問題,再結(jié)合用戶體驗(yàn)理論對(duì)城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入研究。根據(jù)用戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)、用戶認(rèn)知及行為的分析,探索用戶對(duì)于公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)的潛在需求。同時(shí),結(jié)合大量國內(nèi)外城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)調(diào)研和優(yōu)秀案例分析,提出基于用戶體驗(yàn)的城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)策略,其中包括結(jié)合空間環(huán)境、突出視覺信息、豐富導(dǎo)視形式、創(chuàng)造智能化交互體驗(yàn)。最后,以長春市輕軌導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為例,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,提出基于用戶體驗(yàn)的城市公共交通導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法以及概念方案,為長春市導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與城市發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban construction and the development of traffic system, urban public transport guidance system has become an indispensable part of modern urban construction and social public life. Urban space environment has become more and more complex, people need more standardized, efficient, reasonable guidance system to guide the direction. How to improve the experience of urban public transport guidance system. It is an important problem for the urban development to make the guide system meet the needs of the users better. Therefore, this paper attempts to re-study the guide system of urban public transportation from the perspective of user experience. In order to deepen the research theory of guide system design of urban public transport in China, and improve the design strategy and method of urban public transport guide system, this paper takes urban public transport as the perspective. It also discusses the design of urban public transport guided system based on user experience. Through comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and functions, classification and development of urban public transport guidance system, as well as the existing problems. Combined with the theory of user experience, the guide system of urban public transport is deeply studied. According to the user survey data, user cognition and behavior analysis, explore the potential needs of users for public transport guidance system. At the same time. Combined with a large number of domestic and foreign urban public transport guidance system research and excellent case analysis, this paper puts forward the design strategy of urban public transport guidance system based on user experience, including combining the spatial environment, highlighting visual information. Rich guide form, create intelligent interactive experience. Finally, Changchun light rail guide system design as an example, according to the status quo investigation. This paper puts forward the design method and conceptual scheme of the guide system of urban public transportation based on the user experience, which provides reference for the design of the guide system and the development of the city in Changchun.
