【摘要】：香港在容納高密集度經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的同時(shí)保有一個(gè)多單元城市的功能與結(jié)構(gòu),這一多單元城市結(jié)構(gòu)與歐洲新市鎮(zhèn)運(yùn)動(dòng)有著一定的淵源。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后香港的一系列應(yīng)對城市危機(jī)的規(guī)劃將歐洲的新市鎮(zhèn)理想模型轉(zhuǎn)化為一種亞洲垂直花園城市的獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)。本文以反思規(guī)劃制度與規(guī)劃思想之間的關(guān)系為起點(diǎn),回顧隱藏在香港城市地景之下的"福利國家"線索。最后,通過簡單回顧深圳等內(nèi)地城市與香港的規(guī)劃交流史,指出內(nèi)地城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制缺失的"集體主義"原則。
[Abstract]:Hong Kong retains the functions and structure of a multi-unit city while accommodating high-intensity economic activities. This multi-unit urban structure has a certain connection with the European New Town Movement. After World War II, a series of urban crisis planning in Hong Kong transformed the ideal model of Europe's new towns into an Asian vertical garden. This paper starts with the reflection on the relationship between planning system and planning thought. Review the clues of "welfare state" hidden under the urban landscape of Hong Kong. Finally, through a brief review of the history of planning and communication between mainland cities such as Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This paper points out the lack of collectivism principle in the compilation of urban design guidelines in inland areas.
