【摘要】：優(yōu)選高活性環(huán)氧乙烯基酯樹脂、過氧化甲乙酮-異辛酸鈷氧化-還原引發(fā)體系、觸變改性劑有機(jī)蒙脫土(OMMT)、增強(qiáng)填料石英粉和液體石蠟、硅烷偶聯(lián)劑等助劑,制備了快固型環(huán)氧乙烯基酯錨固膠。結(jié)果表明:制備的錨固膠固化速率快,劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度為14 MPa,抗彎強(qiáng)度為57 MPa,呈非碎裂破壞狀態(tài),抗壓強(qiáng)度為80 MPa,粘結(jié)剪切強(qiáng)度為16 MPa,帶肋鋼筋拉拔強(qiáng)度為20 MPa。符合GB 50728—2011《工程結(jié)構(gòu)加固材料安全性鑒定技術(shù)規(guī)范》中Ⅲ類錨固膠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,即使在冬季低溫施工環(huán)境下也能起到快速錨固修復(fù)的目的。
[Abstract]:High activity epoxy vinyl ester resin, methyl ethyl ketone-isooctanoate cobalt oxidation-reduction initiator system, thixotropic modifier OMMTO, filler quartz powder and liquid paraffin were selected. The fast solid epoxy vinyl ester anchoring adhesive was prepared by silane coupling agent. The results showed that the curing rate of the prepared epoxy vinyl ester was fast, the splitting tensile strength was 14 MPA, and the bending strength was 57 MPa. The compressive strength is 80 MPA and the bond shear strength is 16 MPa. The drawing strength of ribbed steel bar is 20 MPA. It conforms to the standard requirements of Class 鈪，
