【摘要】:鈣礬石是硫鋁酸鹽水泥水化的主要產(chǎn)物,決定著硫鋁酸鹽水泥的性能,而在硅酸鹽水泥混凝土中影響也非常重要。鈣礬石的形成條件決定了其形貌,其形成時間影響著水泥和混凝土的性能。采用化學合成方法合成鈣礬石,研究了不同合成條件對鈣礬石形成和形貌的影響。結果表明:不同原料合成的鈣礬石形貌顯著不同且長寬比差異顯著;適當提高溫度能夠促進鈣礬石的形成,80℃條件下反應可以形成鈣礬石且形貌多樣,100℃條件下反應鈣礬石不能穩(wěn)定存在;隨著液相p H值的增加,鈣礬石的長寬比逐漸減小;硼酸抑制鈣礬石在(001)方向的生長。
[Abstract]:Ettringite is the main product of sulphoaluminate cement hydration, which determines the performance of sulphoaluminate cement, and the influence in Portland cement concrete is also very important. Ettringite formation conditions determine its morphology. The formation time affects the properties of cement and concrete. Ettringite is synthesized by chemical synthesis. The effects of different synthesis conditions on the formation and morphology of ettringite were studied. The results showed that the morphology and aspect ratio of ettringite synthesized from different raw materials were significantly different. The formation of ettringite can be promoted by properly increasing the temperature. Ettringite can be formed at 80 鈩,
