【摘要】：早在“新京都市規(guī)劃”以前,伊通河?xùn)|岸的吉長(zhǎng)鐵路站區(qū)就已成為聯(lián)結(jié)吉林長(zhǎng)春兩地的重要樞紐,是長(zhǎng)春近代城市主體框架之一。后續(xù)又因偽滿新京的系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,伊通河?xùn)|岸被列入“新京都市規(guī)劃”的新市區(qū)中,在原有形成的吉長(zhǎng)鐵路站區(qū)基礎(chǔ)上,融入中國(guó)貧民住宅區(qū)及工業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)。因此,伊通河?xùn)|岸地區(qū)屬于長(zhǎng)春近代城市空間的重要組成部分,具有重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值�？墒�,以往研究新京的學(xué)者對(duì)于該區(qū)域的描述與研究卻常常一帶而過。本篇論文以長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸近代城市空間與建筑形態(tài)為研究主題,總共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,首先介紹了選擇該課題的緣由,并闡釋了該課題的相關(guān)研究背景、目的及意義。接著分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,界定研究范圍并提出研究方法,最終根據(jù)研究思路繪制論文框架,為后文的深入研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分,以長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸地區(qū)的形成與發(fā)展作為切入點(diǎn),介紹了長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸的近代發(fā)展分期及功能組成。詳細(xì)分析了伊通河?xùn)|岸地區(qū)的空間演變過程,并總結(jié)了影響長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸地區(qū)發(fā)展的各類因素。為后續(xù)深入分析長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸地區(qū)的城市空間與建筑形態(tài)的研究提供全方位的史實(shí)依據(jù)。第三部分,剖析了伊通河?xùn)|岸早期及近代的城市空間發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)吉長(zhǎng)鐵路站區(qū),工業(yè)區(qū),住宅區(qū)進(jìn)行具體的空間分析。第四部分,詳細(xì)描述及總結(jié)了東岸地區(qū)重要的建筑類型,如站房建筑、醫(yī)院建筑、住宅建筑及工業(yè)建筑,并對(duì)其代表性建筑進(jìn)行具體的分析,最后落腳于建筑的形式、材料、技術(shù)與文化,探索東岸遺存建筑的價(jià)值并提出更新保護(hù)策略。故本文旨在調(diào)查長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸近代建筑遺存的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理長(zhǎng)春伊通河?xùn)|岸近代的城市空間形態(tài)和建筑形態(tài)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并在對(duì)相關(guān)歷史資料進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春近代伊通河?xùn)|岸近代城市空間與建筑形態(tài)進(jìn)行深入研究,以期彌補(bǔ)伊通河?xùn)|岸的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)方面研究的不足,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春近代城市空間與建筑形態(tài)的研究起到查漏補(bǔ)缺的作用。
[Abstract]:Before the "New Beijing Urban Planning", the Jichang Railway Station on the east bank of the Yitong River has become an important hub connecting Jilin and Changchun. The eastern bank of Yitong River was listed in the new urban area of "New Beijing Urban Planning", based on the original Ji-chang Railway Station. Therefore, the eastern bank of Yitong River is an important part of Changchun's modern urban space and has important research value. Scholars who have studied Xinjing in the past often pass by on the description and research of the region. This thesis focuses on the modern urban space and architectural form on the east bank of Changchun Yitong River. A total of four parts: the first part, first introduced the reason for choosing this topic, and explained the research background, purpose and significance of the topic, and then analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign research in related fields. Define the scope of the study and put forward research methods, and finally draw the framework of the paper according to the research ideas, lay a theoretical foundation for the further study. Part two. Taking the formation and development of the east bank of Changchun Yitong River as the starting point, this paper introduces the stages and functional composition of the modern development of the east bank of the Changchun Yitong River, and analyzes in detail the spatial evolution process of the eastern bank of the Yitong River. And summed up the impact of various factors affecting the development of the East Bank of Changchun Yitong River for the follow-up in-depth analysis of urban space and architectural form of Changchun Yitong River area to provide a comprehensive historical basis. The third part. This paper analyzes the development of urban space in the early and modern times along the eastern bank of the Yitong River, and makes a specific spatial analysis of the Jitong Railway Station, the Industrial Zone and the Residential District. Part 4th. Detailed description and summary of the East Coast important types of architecture, such as station building, hospital buildings, residential buildings and industrial buildings, and the specific analysis of their representative buildings, and finally settled in the form of architecture. Materials, technology and culture, to explore the value of the East Coast remains of the building and put forward updated protection strategy. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the East Bank of Changchun Yitong River on the basis of the remains of modern architecture. Combing the eastern bank of Changchun Yitong River modern urban space form and architectural form of the relevant content, and on the basis of the relevant historical data on the basis of systematic arrangement. In order to make up for the deficiency in the planning and construction of the eastern bank of the Yitong River, this paper makes a deep study on the modern urban space and architectural form of the eastern bank of the Yitong River in Changchun. The study of Changchun's modern urban space and architectural form plays a role of leak-checking and filling-up.
