【摘要】：由泵管往復運動撞擊布料桿而產(chǎn)生的泵管撞擊荷載是作用在模板支架上水平動荷載的誘發(fā)荷載,當前對這一荷載還知之甚少。該文對18個施工現(xiàn)場進行調(diào)研,基于調(diào)研結(jié)果,在3個工地對泵管的往復運動進行了測試,掌握了泵管運動的特點;根據(jù)達朗伯原理,給出了泵管撞擊荷載的估算公式;對布料桿加速度和布料桿相對位移進行了測試,給出了泵管撞擊力的變化區(qū)間。該文研究成果為研究作用在模板支架頂部的水平動荷載打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The impact load of the pump pipe produced by the reciprocating motion of the pump pipe against the distributing rod is the induced load acting on the horizontal dynamic load on the formwork support . The paper studies the movement of the pump pipe . Based on the results of the investigation , the paper gives an estimation formula of the impact load of the pump pipe on the basis of the results of the investigation , and tests the relative displacement of the distributing rod and the distribution rod , and gives the variation range of the impact force of the pump pipe . The research results provide the foundation for the research on the horizontal dynamic load acting on the top of the formwork support .
