【摘要】：我國歷史文化名城保護規(guī)劃實施評價的內(nèi)容體系和標準體系具有雙重復雜性,在實際工程評價方法上主要依賴經(jīng)驗判斷,在評價標準上仍缺乏客觀性度量及居民反饋測度,且缺乏具有可操作性的模型建構(gòu)方法.需要采用合理的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法對多準則決策法進行優(yōu)化,建立一套全面而簡明的規(guī)劃實施評價的內(nèi)容體系和指標體系,為提高名城評價體系的系統(tǒng)性和可操作性提供思路.為此,首先建立了歷史文化名城保護規(guī)劃實施評價的研究思路和框架,而后基于模糊德爾菲法(FDM)分別優(yōu)化了評價內(nèi)容體系和評價標準體系,得到了簡化后的歷史文化名城保護規(guī)劃實施評價研究的框架體系和標準體系,可為我國歷史文化名城保護規(guī)劃的實施、修編或重編提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The content system and evaluation standard system planning and protection of historical and cultural cities in China to implement the dual complexity evaluation method in practical engineering is mainly dependent on the experience, still lack of objectivity measurement and feedback measure residents in the evaluation criteria, and the lack of maneuverability of the model construction method. By using the method of mathematical statistics on the reasonable multi criteria decision making method, establish a comprehensive and concise plan implementation evaluation content system and index system, in order to improve the evaluation system of city system and operable to provide ideas. Therefore, first established the evaluation implementation of historical and cultural relics protection planning ideas and research framework, and then based on the Fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) we optimized the evaluation standard system content system and evaluation framework, study on the implementation evaluation of historical and cultural city protection planning is simplified after the System and standard system, to protect the implementation of the planning of historical and cultural cities in China, provide the basis for the revision or reprogramming.
