【摘要】：深圳是我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的窗口,是國(guó)內(nèi)率先對(duì)外開(kāi)放的經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)。憑借著改革開(kāi)放的春風(fēng)和自身的主動(dòng)發(fā)展,在30多年后的今天,深圳獲得了巨大的進(jìn)步。深圳的城市建設(shè)取得了令世人驚嘆的成就,其建設(shè)量之大,建設(shè)速度之快,使深圳躍居成為中國(guó)四大準(zhǔn)一線城市(北京、上海、廣州、深圳)之一。深圳對(duì)外開(kāi)放的先進(jìn)性,增加了深圳建筑市場(chǎng)對(duì)境外建筑師及設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的吸引力。研究深圳36年來(lái)境外建筑的發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)于研究中國(guó)境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)和深圳整體建筑設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)都有重要意義。面對(duì)深圳龐大的境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)總量,筆者以公共建筑作為主要研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,從縱向、橫向兩方面,通過(guò)深圳境外設(shè)計(jì)的自我對(duì)比和與國(guó)內(nèi)其他城市境外設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)比,總結(jié)和探索深圳境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展歷程,演進(jìn)特征及其影響。本文以對(duì)深圳境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)作品的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和代表作品的調(diào)研研究為切入點(diǎn),從設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)量、國(guó)家分布、建筑類型統(tǒng)計(jì)和分布區(qū)域幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,通過(guò)外部與內(nèi)部的雙層比較,對(duì)深圳境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)做出初步研究;依托深圳境外建筑的發(fā)展階段,針對(duì)超高層建筑、文化建筑和商業(yè)建筑做特定分析,進(jìn)一步對(duì)深圳境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展特征進(jìn)行解析;最后通過(guò)不同建筑類型的代表性建筑的調(diào)研和研究,進(jìn)一步解讀境外建筑師及設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)在深圳的發(fā)展情況,并通過(guò)分析深圳境外建筑設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,概括出境外設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)深圳城市建設(shè)、城市風(fēng)貌、市民生活、本土設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的影響,以期能對(duì)本土建筑師的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)有所啟示,同時(shí)也為國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)境外設(shè)計(jì)的研究提供學(xué)術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen is the window of China's reform and opening to the outside world, is the first special economic zone. With the spring wind of reform and opening up and its own initiative development, more than 30 years after today. Shenzhen has made great progress. Shenzhen's urban construction has made amazing achievements. With its large amount of construction and rapid construction, Shenzhen has become one of the four largest quasi-first-tier cities in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou). The advanced nature of Shenzhen's opening to the outside world has increased the attractiveness of Shenzhen's construction market to foreign architects and design institutions. The development of Shenzhen's overseas buildings over the past 36 years has been studied. It is of great significance to study the overseas architectural design of China and the overall architectural design market of Shenzhen. In the face of the huge amount of overseas architectural design in Shenzhen, the author takes public buildings as the main research object, from the longitudinal. Horizontal two aspects, through the Shenzhen overseas design self-contrast and the contrast with other domestic cities overseas design, summarizes and explores the Shenzhen overseas architectural design development course. The evolution characteristic and its influence. This article takes the statistical analysis and the representative work investigation and research of the Shenzhen overseas architectural design works as the breakthrough point, from the design quantity, the national distribution. Statistics of architectural types and distribution of several aspects of the statistical analysis, through the external and internal two-tier comparison, to make a preliminary study of the Shenzhen offshore architectural design; On the basis of the development stage of Shenzhen's overseas buildings, this paper makes a specific analysis on the super high-rise buildings, cultural buildings and commercial buildings, and further analyzes the development characteristics of Shenzhen's offshore architecture design. Finally, through the research and research of representative buildings of different architectural types, this paper further explains the development of overseas architects and design institutions in Shenzhen, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of overseas architectural design in Shenzhen. This paper summarizes the influence of overseas design on Shenzhen's urban construction, urban features, civil life and local design institutions, in order to enlighten the design practice of local architects. At the same time, it also provides academic reference for overseas design research.
