【摘要】：隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及生活水平的不斷提高,建筑工程建設數(shù)量也在逐漸增加,與此同時人們對建筑工程的質量越來越重視,并提出了更多更高的要求。工程質量是建筑工程領域中的永恒話題,對工程質量的優(yōu)化改進是我們一直追求的目標。在當前工程領域中存在著許多的質量優(yōu)化方法,但這些方法一般是從管理方面解決質量問題或多或少存在一定的局限性,一般能涉及到建筑工程質量管理的方面,但還是沒有完全站在業(yè)主或客戶的角度去思考如何通過他們對建筑工程的質量需求進行質量優(yōu)化改進。對此,本文將以質量功能展開(quality function deployment,簡稱QFD)理論作為如何對建設工程質量優(yōu)化展開研究的方法,它能夠改善現(xiàn)有質量管理優(yōu)化方法的不足,以期能有效的將市場目標與工程質量聯(lián)系起來以及能根據(jù)顧客需求選擇技術可行的工程措施,建設工程質量優(yōu)化是一個以業(yè)主需求為重要輸入,不斷發(fā)展著的動態(tài)過程。通過收集業(yè)主的需求,并將業(yè)主需求進行有效的轉化,然后從專業(yè)技術的角度,采取合適的分析、解決問題的工具對質量進行優(yōu)化,進而對優(yōu)化的效果進行評價,形成一個系統(tǒng)的工程質量優(yōu)化模型并為建筑工程質量優(yōu)化提供參考和建議。論文首先回顧了建筑工程質量優(yōu)化的相關理論并介紹了QFD基本理論,分析了將QFD理論引入到建筑工程領域中的必要性和可行性。其次通過對QFD的深入分析,構建了基于QFD的工程質量優(yōu)化模型。模型的具體實施步驟:第一根據(jù)對業(yè)主需求做出的重點調(diào)查分析,并結合親和圖法(又稱KJ法)和模糊層次分析法(FAHP),將定性與定量分析相結合,為業(yè)主需求的有效分析提供合理科學的方法;第二對建筑工程質量特性展開分析,將業(yè)主的質量需求描述轉換為產(chǎn)品的技術特性,成為工程人員能夠理解和實施的語言,分析質量特性之間的相關性及量化質量特性之間的相關程度的大小,然后排序比較;第三由前面的分析所得建立QFD的核心部件質量屋,根據(jù)質量屋提供的數(shù)據(jù)信息分析有針對性地進行工程質量優(yōu)化改進。本文最后以某別墅住宅建筑為工程實例研究對象,將QFD理論應用到住宅建筑工程質量優(yōu)化改進當中,通過文中建立的模型分析研究,結果驗證了其優(yōu)化過程的有效性及可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, the number of construction projects are increasing gradually at the same time, people on the construction quality more and more attention, and put forward higher requirements. Engineering quality is the eternal topic in the field of construction, optimization of project quality improvement we have been pursuing the the target. In the current engineering fields exist many optimization methods, but these methods are generally more or less there are some limitations to solve the quality problems from the aspects of management, general can relate to the construction engineering quality management, but still not completely from the owner or customer to think in terms of how to carry out quality improvement through them on the construction of the quality requirements. In this regard, this article will start with quality function (quality function deployment, referred to as QFD) as to how to build theory A method of project quality optimization, it can improve the shortcomings of existing quality management optimization method, in order to effectively market target and project quality link and can according to customer needs to choose technology feasible measures, optimize the quality of construction engineering is an important input for the needs of the owners, a dynamic process of continuous development. By collecting the needs of the owners, and the owners demand for effective transformation, and then from the technical point of view, take the appropriate analysis, problem solving tools to optimize the quality, and then evaluate the effect of optimization, form a system of project quality optimization model and provide reference and recommendations for quality optimization construction project. This paper firstly reviews the relevant theories of quality optimization of construction project and introduces the basic theory of QFD, analyzed the QFD theory into the field of building engineering The necessity and feasibility of. Secondly, through the analysis of QFD, constructs a model of quality optimization of the project based on QFD model. The specific implementation steps: first, based on the focus of the investigation of the needs of the owners of the analysis, combined with the Affinity Diagram (KJ) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), the a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, provide a reasonable method for the effective analysis of the needs of the owners of the second; launches the analysis of construction engineering quality characteristics, the quality needs of the owners described into technical characteristics of products, become engineers to understand and implement the language, to analyze the degree of correlation between quality characteristics and quantitative correlation between quality characteristics the size, then sort of comparison; core components of quality house from third in front of the analysis of the establishment of QFD, according to the house of quality data provided by the information analysis targeted for engineering quality Optimization and improvement of the volume. Finally, taking a villa residential building as an example, the QFD theory is applied to improve the quality of residential building engineering. The validity and feasibility of the optimization process is verified by the analysis and research of the model established in this paper.
