【摘要】：近些年來,隨著城市化進程的加快,建筑企業(yè)的數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)急劇增長。建筑行業(yè)的市場競爭也越來越激烈。如何有效的控制建設(shè)工程項目施工成本,實現(xiàn)較低的投入實現(xiàn)較大的產(chǎn)出,提高企業(yè)效益,增強企業(yè)的市場競爭力成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點問題。成本控制絕不是簡單的為了節(jié)約而節(jié)約,也不是簡單的降低質(zhì)量和消減人員,而是為了建立和保持企業(yè)長期可持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢而采取的有效措施。成本控制水平的提高可以帶動和促進整個企業(yè)的成本管理水平和內(nèi)部管理水平的提高。成本控制不是一次性的活動,在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中對成本進行持續(xù)性的控制,通過有效的管理手段不斷提高企業(yè)成本控制水平,才能保證企業(yè)的市場競爭力。本文首先分析施工成本控制在項目管理中所占的重要地位,對施工成本的控制定義進行界定,對控制原則進行闡述和進一步的解釋,對控制的方法進行詳細的分析。引入實例研究,選取A項目作為研究對象,根據(jù)M公司的建設(shè)工程項目當(dāng)前施工成本控制過程中的弊端,剖析其原因并提出合理化的改進措施。本文結(jié)合一些關(guān)于成本控制的理論知識就M公司建設(shè)工程項目的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,找出項目施工成本控制存在的主要問題,提出了優(yōu)化建設(shè)工程項目施工成本控制的對策和建議,得出了要在項目實施的每個周期、每個階段進行科學(xué)有效的成本控制。以正在實施的建設(shè)工程項目為案例進行施工成本的控制研究,確保論文的研究具有實踐上的可操作性,論文的研究成果可以對建筑企業(yè)今后建設(shè)工程項目的施工成本控制工作進行指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, the number of construction enterprises has increased dramatically. The market competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce. How to effectively control the construction costs of construction projects. Realization of lower input to achieve greater output, improve enterprise efficiency, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises has become a hot issue of current research. Cost control is not simply to save and save. Nor is it simply a matter of reducing quality and personnel. It is an effective measure to establish and maintain the long-term sustainable competitive advantage of an enterprise. The improvement of cost control level can drive and promote the improvement of cost management level and internal management level of the whole enterprise. Control is not a one-time activity. In the enterprise production process to carry on the sustained control to the cost, through the effective management means unceasingly enhances the enterprise cost control level. In order to ensure the market competitiveness of enterprises, this paper first analyzes the important position of construction cost control in project management, and defines the definition of construction cost control. The control principle is expounded and further explained, and the control method is analyzed in detail. A case study is introduced and A item is selected as the research object. According to the shortcomings of M Company's construction project in the process of construction cost control. This paper analyses the current situation of M Company's construction project, and finds out the main problems of project construction cost control. The countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing construction cost control of construction project are put forward, and each cycle of project implementation is obtained. Each stage carries on the scientific and effective cost control. Taking the ongoing construction project as the case to carry on the construction cost control research, ensures that the thesis research has the practical feasibility. The research results of this paper can guide the construction cost control of construction projects in the future.
