【摘要】:城市洪災風險評價是城市制定防洪減災措施的重要依據(jù),為了克服現(xiàn)有評價模型的局限性,從災害學的角度考慮,從致災、孕災、承災和減災4個方面建立了城市洪災風險評價指標體系,并采用改進物元可拓模型進行分析評價。該模型在一般的物元可拓模型的基礎上作出兩點改進:其一,用貼近度代替關聯(lián)度進行等級評定;其二,采用變權法確定指標權重。以麗水市為例進行洪災風險評價,評價結(jié)果為Ⅳ級(較危險),與麗水市實際洪災風險情況基本相符。
[Abstract]:Urban flood risk assessment is an important basis for cities to formulate flood control and disaster mitigation measures. In order to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation models, from the perspective of disaster science, from the disaster, disaster prevention.
