【摘要】：本文針對我國高鐵新城建設中存在的問題,以新橫濱站為例,梳理其站城一體化開發(fā)歷程,總結新橫濱由新干線站點發(fā)展成為橫濱市新中心的規(guī)劃建設經驗。新橫濱開發(fā)重視城市基礎設施建設和支柱產業(yè)發(fā)展,避免功能趨同性,注重打造城市特色、提升城市品質,實現了從"工作在新橫濱"到"生活在新橫濱"的轉變,是日本新干線站點站城一體開發(fā)的典型案例。本文旨在結合我國高鐵新城發(fā)展背景和現狀,通過借鑒新橫濱站城一體的發(fā)展經驗,為我國高鐵新城建設提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the existing problems in the construction of high-speed rail metro, the new Yokohama station as an example, analyzing its Station City integration development process, summed up by the new Yokohama Shinkansen site development to become the new center of Yokohama City, the experience of the construction of new Yokohama city planning. Attach importance to the development of infrastructure construction and development of pillar industries, avoid convergence. Focus on creating city features, enhance the quality of the city, from the implementation of the "work in the new Yokohama" to "live in new Yokohama, is a typical case of the Japanese Shinkansen Station City development. This paper aims to combine the background and the status quo of China's high-speed rail metro development, through the development experience of the new station in Yokohama city development and provide some inspiration for China's high-speed rail metro construction.
