【摘要】：目的探討血小板CD62p表達率與血小板輸注效果的關聯(lián)性。方法根據(jù)血小板輸注后1及24 h血小板計數(shù)增加值(CCI),將黃石市中心醫(yī)院115名患者分為輸注有效組(n=94)和無效組(n=21)。選擇2013年6月-2014年12月符合無償捐獻血小板標準的獻血者血小板115份,采用SEPSA排除血小板相關抗體引起的血小板輸注無效,使用流式細胞術檢測輸注前CD62p表達水平。結果血小板輸注有效組血小板CD62p表達率(10.3±3.2)%高于無效組(21.8±5.2)%(P0.05),血小板CD62p表達率與1h CCI(r=-0.423,P0.001)和24 h CCI(r=-0.541,P0.001)有相關性。結論血小板CD62p表達率對血小板輸注效果有影響,血小板CD62p表達率越高,CCI越低,血小板輸注效果越差。
