【摘要】：如何構(gòu)建老年長(zhǎng)期照護(hù)保障制度成為我國(guó)"十三五"期間的重要課題。本研究以照護(hù)需求評(píng)估為焦點(diǎn),通過梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),介紹照護(hù)保障制度構(gòu)建中需要注意的概念與內(nèi)涵、照護(hù)需求評(píng)估的理論、方法以及國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn),為我國(guó)老年照護(hù)保障制度構(gòu)建提供參考。
[Abstract]:How to construct the long-term care system for the elderly has become an important issue during the 13th five-year Plan in China. This study focused on the assessment of care needs, introduced the concept and connotation of the construction of care security system, the theory, method and domestic and foreign experience of care needs assessment by combing the relevant research literature both at home and abroad. It provides reference for the construction of elderly care security system in China.
