【摘要】：為觀察臨終反向關(guān)懷干預對患者及照顧者改變的影響,選取南昌大學第一附屬醫(yī)院寧養(yǎng)院2014年10月~2015年8月服務的患者及其家屬65例,分為試驗組30例,對照組35例。對試驗組進行1.0個月~1.5個月臨終反向關(guān)懷干預。結(jié)果試驗組患者付諸臨終反向關(guān)懷行為的人次增長47.7%,高于對照組的18.1%;試驗組照顧者獲得患者贊賞的人次增長了15%,高于對照組的11.5%;試驗組患者的簡明心境量表和癌癥應對方式量表評分下降、HERTH希望量表評分提升,兩組患者評估結(jié)果差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組照顧者焦慮、抑郁、壓力及疲勞評分下降,兩組照顧者評估結(jié)果差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。在寧養(yǎng)服務中運用臨終反向關(guān)懷模式,可以較為有效地支持患者及其照顧者。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the influence of end-of-life reverse care intervention on the changes of patients and caregivers, 65 patients and their families were selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2014 to August 2015. They were divided into test group (n = 30) and control group (n = 35). Patients in the test group were treated with end-of-life care intervention from 1.0 months to 1.5 months. Results the number of attendants in the trial group increased by 47.7%, which was higher than that in the control group (18.1%), and that in the experimental group was increased by 15%, which was higher than that in the control group (11.5%). The scores of the concise mood scale and the cancer coping style scale in the trial group were decreased, and the HERTH hope scale score was improved. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of anxiety, depression, stress and fatigue of the caregivers in the experimental group were decreased, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The end-of-life reverse care model can effectively support the patients and their caregivers.
