績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)在護(hù)理績(jī)效考核管理中的作用

【摘要】:目的探討績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)對(duì)提高護(hù)理績(jī)效管理的效果。方法將4個(gè)護(hù)理管理績(jī)效平均成績(jī)相近的病區(qū)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組各2個(gè)病區(qū)。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)管理,觀察組采取召開座談會(huì)、護(hù)士定期匯報(bào)、非正式溝通等方式進(jìn)行績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)培訓(xùn),干預(yù)6個(gè)月評(píng)價(jià)效果。結(jié)果觀察組病區(qū)護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分及護(hù)士績(jī)效考核成績(jī)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論對(duì)護(hù)士進(jìn)行績(jī)效輔導(dǎo)可提高護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量,達(dá)到護(hù)理績(jī)效考核的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of performance counseling on improving nursing performance management. Methods four patients with similar average performance of nursing management were divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, routine management was carried out, and the observation group conducted performance guidance training by holding a forum, regular reporting by nurses, informal communication and so on, and evaluated the effect of intervention for 6 months. Results the scores of nursing quality and the performance of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05, P 0.01). Conclusion performance counseling for nurses can improve the quality of nursing management and achieve the purpose of nursing performance evaluation.
