【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)輸血不良反應(yīng)繼續(xù)教育需求的現(xiàn)況,為開展醫(yī)護(hù)人員輸血不良反應(yīng)繼續(xù)教育提供依據(jù)。方法選取重慶市3所三甲醫(yī)院的臨床主要用血科室(重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科、心血管外科、創(chuàng)傷外科、關(guān)節(jié)外科、肝膽外科、血液內(nèi)科、消化科等年用血量較多的科室)全部1 903名醫(yī)護(hù)人員,對(duì)其輸血不良反應(yīng)知識(shí)做問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,獲得的數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析。結(jié)果本組醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)輸血不良反應(yīng)相關(guān)知識(shí)正確回答率(%)是51.31(976/1 903);不同學(xué)歷者得分(分):�？�15.98±3.79、本科16.41±3.95、碩士15.72±4.19、博士16.82±3.98(P0.01);不同職稱者得分(分):初級(jí)16.06±3.96、中級(jí)16.87±3.95、高級(jí)16.99±3.73(P0.01);不同工作年限者得分(分):5年15.82±3.93、5-10年16.62±4.04、10年16.92±3.69(P0.01);不同培訓(xùn)次數(shù)者得分(分):0次16.26±3.72、1-3次16.30±3.79、≥4次16.71±3.65(P0.01);38.26%(728/1 903)的醫(yī)護(hù)人員認(rèn)為目前輸血不良反應(yīng)上報(bào)認(rèn)為存在漏報(bào),96.42%(1 835/1 903)的醫(yī)護(hù)人員認(rèn)為有必要開展輸血不良反應(yīng)繼續(xù)教育。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)輸血不良反應(yīng)相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握相對(duì)欠缺,需要有針對(duì)性地開展繼續(xù)教育來(lái)提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員認(rèn)識(shí)水平,以保證用血安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of medical staff's need for continuing education on adverse reactions of blood transfusion, and to provide basis for continuing education on adverse reactions of blood transfusion among medical and nursing staff. Methods the major clinical departments of 3 Grade A hospitals in Chongqing were selected as follows: Department of intensive Medicine, Cardiovascular surgery, Trauma surgery, Joint surgery, Hepatobiliary surgery, Hematology. All 1 903 medical and nursing staff were investigated by questionnaire on the knowledge of transfusion adverse reactions. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results the correct answer rate (%) was 51.31 (976 / 1 903). The scores of students with different degrees were 15.98 鹵3.79, 16.41 鹵3.95, 15.72 鹵4.19, 16.82 鹵3.98 (P0.01); The scores of those with different titles were: primary 16.06 鹵3.96, intermediate 16.87 鹵3.95, senior 16.99 鹵3.73 (P0.01); The scores of people with different working years were 15.82 鹵3.93 years in 5 years and 16.62 鹵4.04 in 10 years and 16.92 鹵3.69 in 10 years (P0.01).
