【摘要】：目的評價思維導(dǎo)圖在小兒白血病健康教育中應(yīng)用的滿意度情況。方法將2014年9月-2015年8月川北醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院兒科收治的白血病患兒作為觀察組(n=62),給予思維導(dǎo)圖健康教育法,將2013年7月-2014年8月收治的采用常規(guī)健康教育法的白血病患兒作為對照組(n=63),收集并比較兩組患兒和家長對健康教育的滿意度及護士對兩種健康教育法的評價。結(jié)果兩組患兒和家長對健康教育的滿意度得分:觀察組為(26.29±2.96)分,對照組為(23.60±3.22)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=4.858,P0.05);護士對兩種健康教育法的評價:思維導(dǎo)圖法為(27.47±3.91)分,常規(guī)健康教育法為(20.59±4.81)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=4.579,P0.05)。結(jié)論思維導(dǎo)圖健康教育法能提高患兒及其家長對健康教育的滿意度,護士對該法的評價較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of mental mapping in health education of children with leukemia. Methods Children with leukemia treated in pediatrics department of affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from September 2014 to August 2015 were treated as observation group (ncao 62), and were given thinking map health education method. From July 2013 to August 2014, the children with leukemia treated by routine health education method were taken as the control group (nx63). The satisfaction of the two groups and the satisfaction of parents to the health education and the evaluation of the two kinds of health education law by nurses were collected and compared. Results the scores of satisfaction with health education in the two groups were (26.29 鹵2.96) in the observation group and (23.60 鹵3.22) in the control group (P < 0.05). The nurses' evaluation of the two health education methods was (27.47 鹵3.91) by thinking mapping method and (20.59 鹵4.81) by conventional health education method, the difference being statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the method of thinking mapping health education can improve the satisfaction of children and their parents in health education.
