【摘要】：目的探討服藥訓(xùn)練對提高初始治療的艾滋病患者服藥依從性的效果。方法對39例初始服藥治療艾滋病患者進(jìn)行服藥依從性訓(xùn)練,在治療第4周、12周、24周和48周后進(jìn)行服藥依從性問卷調(diào)查及HIV病毒載量檢測。結(jié)果治療第4周、12周、24周、48周時服藥依從性≥95%的患者占97.43%~100%。治療24周及治療48周時所有患者病毒均完全抑制。結(jié)論服藥訓(xùn)練可以提高初始治療艾滋病患者的服藥依從性,提高抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of medication training on improving drug compliance of AIDS patients after initial treatment. Methods 39 patients with AIDS were given drug compliance training.
