【摘要】：目的研究優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)模式對(duì)初治肺結(jié)核患者的影響。方法回顧選取2015年10月~2016年11月本院接收的92例初治肺結(jié)核患者臨床資料加以研究,因護(hù)理方式的不同可分成兩組,對(duì)照組患者(42例)采取常規(guī)護(hù)理,研究組患者(50例)采取質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)模式,對(duì)比兩組生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分、遵醫(yī)依從性。結(jié)果研究組生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分、遵醫(yī)依從性較對(duì)照組優(yōu)(P0.05)。結(jié)論肺結(jié)核患者行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)模式可提高遵醫(yī)依從性及生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of high quality nursing service mode on newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods the clinical data of 92 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients from October 2015 to November 2016 were retrospectively studied. The patients in the control group (42 cases) were treated with routine nursing because of different nursing methods. The patients in study group (50 cases) were treated with quality nursing service model, and the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life and compliance were better in the study group than in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the mode of high-quality nursing service for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve compliance and quality of life.
