【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建較為完善且符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的社區(qū)產(chǎn)后家庭訪視護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。方法建立科研小組,通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以三維質(zhì)量結(jié)構(gòu)模式為理論框架,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系雛形。選取28名相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?采用德?tīng)柗品ㄟM(jìn)行專家咨詢,并評(píng)價(jià)咨詢專家的積極性、權(quán)威性、意見(jiàn)集中程度及意見(jiàn)協(xié)調(diào)程度。采用界值法進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)篩選,采用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重。結(jié)果共進(jìn)行兩輪專家咨詢,有效回收率分別為100.0%(28/28)和96.4%(27/28),權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.916和0.904。第一輪專家咨詢的127個(gè)指標(biāo)中,重要性評(píng)分的算數(shù)均數(shù)為3.18~4.75,滿分比為0.04~0.75,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為0.44~1.57;第二輪專家咨詢的122個(gè)指標(biāo)中,重要性評(píng)分算數(shù)均數(shù)為3.85~4.89,滿分比為0.11~0.89,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為0.32~0.77。第一輪專家咨詢中,變異率數(shù)(CV)0.2的指標(biāo)共107項(xiàng)(84.3%);第二輪專家咨詢中,CV0.2的指標(biāo)共122項(xiàng)(100.0%);專家意見(jiàn)的肯德?tīng)枀f(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.173和0.186(P0.01)。兩輪專家咨詢中,各級(jí)指標(biāo)間的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)均≥0.752。最終構(gòu)建出指標(biāo)體系的一級(jí)指標(biāo)為結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量、過(guò)程質(zhì)量及結(jié)果質(zhì)量,權(quán)重分別為0.240 3、0.549 9和0.209 8;二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)15項(xiàng),三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)103項(xiàng)。結(jié)論該指標(biāo)體系覆蓋內(nèi)容全面,權(quán)重設(shè)置科學(xué)、客觀,為我國(guó)社區(qū)產(chǎn)后家庭訪視護(hù)理服務(wù)的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供了一定理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an evaluation index system for the quality of postpartum family visit nursing in our country. Methods A scientific research group was set up, and an evaluation index system was constructed by referring to the relevant literature and taking the three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework. In this paper, 28 experts in related fields were selected, and Delphi method was used to carry out expert consultation, and to evaluate the enthusiasm, authority, concentration of opinions and coordination of opinions of consulting experts. The method of boundary value is used to screen the index of quality evaluation, and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results two rounds of expert consultation were conducted. The effective recoveries were 100.0% (28 / 28) and 96.4% (27 / 28), respectively. The authority coefficients were 0.916 and 0.904, respectively. In the 127 indexes of the first round of expert consultation, the mean value of importance score is 3.18 鹵4.75, the full score ratio is 0.04 鹵0.75, and the standard deviation is 0.44 / 1.57; In the 122 indexes of the second round of expert consultation, the mean value of importance score was 3.85 / 4.89, the full score ratio was 0.11 / 0.89 and the standard deviation was 0.32 / 0.77.
