【摘要】：目的探討兩種皮膚準(zhǔn)備方法在顱腦擇期手術(shù)中的效果比較。方法 2014年3月至2015年7月,采用臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照的研究方法,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并同意參與本研究的1 041例顱腦擇期手術(shù)患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)組525例,對(duì)照組516例。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)皮膚準(zhǔn)備方法:手術(shù)當(dāng)日理發(fā)師用剃刀剃除患者頭部全部毛發(fā),再用肥皂清潔頭部。試驗(yàn)組采用皮膚準(zhǔn)備新流程:術(shù)前2d,每日用洗發(fā)膏清潔患者頭部,再用洗必泰搓揉頭部5min,清水洗凈;手術(shù)當(dāng)日,主管醫(yī)生在手術(shù)室術(shù)前即刻用理發(fā)剪推除患者手術(shù)部位毛發(fā)。研究助理于患者出院當(dāng)天收集患者滿意度,于患者術(shù)后第30天通過電話隨訪收集其手術(shù)部位感染信息;其余數(shù)據(jù)從醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)提取。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組在手術(shù)部位感染率、平均住院日、患者滿意度3個(gè)方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論術(shù)前皮膚準(zhǔn)備新方法可降低顱腦擇期手術(shù)患者手術(shù)部位感染率、縮短平均住院日、提升患者滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of two skin preparation methods in selective craniocerebral surgery. Methods from March 2014 to July 2015, 1041 patients who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study were randomly divided into trial group (n = 525) and control group (n = 516). The control group used traditional skin preparation method: on the day of operation, the barber shaved all the hair of the patient's head with razor, then cleaned the head with soap. The new procedure of skin preparation was adopted in the test group: 2 days before operation, the patients' head was cleaned with shampoo daily, and then the head was rubbed with chlorhexidine for 5 minutes, then washed with clean water. On the day of the operation, the surgeon immediately used a haircut to remove the patient's hair before operation. The research assistant collected the patient satisfaction on the day of discharge, collected the infection information of the operation site by telephone on the 30th day after operation, and extracted the remaining data from the hospital information system. Results there were significant differences in the operation site infection rate, average hospitalization days and patient satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the new method of preoperative skin preparation can reduce the infection rate of patients with craniocerebral surgery, shorten the average hospital stay, and improve the satisfaction of patients with craniocerebral surgery.
