【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查北京市三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院新護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃及管理狀況。方法:2015年1-9月,對(duì)北京市3家三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院230名工作2年以內(nèi)的護(hù)士進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯管理狀況、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況的問卷調(diào)查,并分析兩者的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯管理量表總分為(38.04±7.86)分,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃量表總分為(35.12±6.07)分。Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯管理各維度及總分與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃各維度及總分間均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示影響護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯管理的主要因素包括注重關(guān)系、確立職業(yè)目標(biāo)和自我展示(P0.05);影響護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的主要因素包括提供職業(yè)信息、晉升公平(P0.05)。結(jié)論:新護(hù)士職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃及管理狀況都有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,護(hù)理管理者需要建立更加公平與開放的職業(yè)信息平臺(tái)與晉升平臺(tái),護(hù)士也需要注重關(guān)系、確立職業(yè)目標(biāo)和自我展示。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the career planning and management of new nurses in Grade 3A Hospital in Beijing. Methods: from January to September 2015, 230 nurses working in 3 Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing were investigated with questionnaires on career management and career planning, and the relationship between them was analyzed. Results: the total score of nurses' career management scale was (38.04 鹵7.86). The total score of career planning scale was (35.12 鹵6.07). Pearson correlation analysis showed that each dimension and total score of career management were positively correlated with each dimension and total score of career planning (P0.05). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the career management of nurses included paying attention to relationship, establishing career goals and self-presentation (P0.05). The main factors influencing the career planning of nurses include providing career information and promoting fairness (P0.05). Conclusion: there are some advantages and disadvantages in the career planning and management of new nurses. Nursing managers need to establish a more fair and open career information platform and promotion platform. Nurses also need to pay attention to the relationship. Establish career goals and self-presentation.
