【摘要】：目的探討對(duì)妊娠高血壓綜合征的產(chǎn)婦實(shí)施產(chǎn)前護(hù)理方案的影響方法選取我院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的妊娠高血壓綜合征患者100例作為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,各50例。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行一般護(hù)理,試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前綜合護(hù)理。比較兩組有效率及滿意度。結(jié)果護(hù)理后,試驗(yàn)組總有效率為88.0%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的62.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);同時(shí),護(hù)理后試驗(yàn)組滿意度為97.22%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的66.67%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)妊娠期高血壓綜合征實(shí)施產(chǎn)前護(hù)理方案的效果顯著,能提高治療總有效率,加大患者的滿意度,值得臨床大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of prenatal nursing program on pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods 100 patients with PIH admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Each 50 cases. The control group was given general nursing, and the experimental group was given antenatal comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. Efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the total effective rate of the test group was 88.0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of the test group after nursing was 97.22, significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of antenatal nursing program on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is remarkable, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment and increase the patients' satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
