建立微信平臺實施護(hù)理質(zhì)控的效果觀察
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application effect of setting up WeChat platform in nursing quality control management. Methods to set up a cell phone WeChat group in Kone and organize all nurses in the department to join the WeChat group chat as a platform for quality control and feedback to discuss communication and monitor continuous quality improvement. Once a week, the head nurse or the quality control nurse will publish the information of the quality inspection problem and related responsible person in the group. The members of the group can discuss the reasons and the improvement measures freely, and can also upload the questions which are confused in the work to discuss. After the discussion, the responsible person will improve the problem, quality control nurse to follow up; every month to choose to speak enthusiastically as WeChat star, give reward. Results after the implementation of WeChat nursing quality control, the quality control quality of the department was obviously improved, the awareness rate of quality control information was raised from 67% to 95%, the satisfaction degree of nurses increased from 33% to 95%, and the repetition rate of nursing problems decreased from 67% to 36%. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion using WeChin group as the communication platform of nursing quality control is one of the effective methods to improve the level of nursing management and the overall nursing quality, and to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality, which embodies the effective combination of science and technology and nursing management. To meet the needs of modern nurses.
