【摘要】：目的探討膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)側(cè)半月板半脫位對(duì)診斷后根部撕裂的價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)關(guān)節(jié)鏡證實(shí)的120例內(nèi)側(cè)半月板撕裂患者的MRI圖像,將其中60例后根部撕裂患者作為后根部撕裂組,其他撕裂的60例作為對(duì)照組,于MRI圖像上測(cè)量半月板突出長度,將半月板突出長度≥3mm定義為半月板半脫位,比較兩組半月板半脫位的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果后根部撕裂組中,合并半月板半脫位者56例(56/60,93.33%),對(duì)照組中合并半月板半脫位者13例(13/60,21.67%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=60.15,P0.01)。內(nèi)側(cè)半月板半脫位提示后根部撕裂的敏感度、特異度及陽性似然比分別為81.16%(56/69)、92.16%(47/51)及10.35。結(jié)論膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)側(cè)半月板半脫位可用以提示后根部撕裂。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of medial meniscus subluxation in the diagnosis of posterior root tear.
