【摘要】：目的本次研究針對圍絕經(jīng)期婦女進行社區(qū)保健和護理干預,記錄護理和保健信息,進行效果比對、觀察和總結。方法選取2011年1月~2014年1月本院管轄區(qū)域內(nèi)進行社區(qū)圍絕經(jīng)期婦女資料收集。在資料收集的過程當中為社區(qū)基層婦女提供常規(guī)婦科檢查達5123人,其中存在100例圍絕經(jīng)期婦女臨床綜合病癥表現(xiàn),針對這100例患者病癥進行定期的追蹤和訪查,并進行護理干預的過程信息回顧性分析。針對100例患者采取的社區(qū)護理工作內(nèi)容包含對患者生活作息的指導,飲食和心理的調(diào)整,以及患者婦科疾病的檢查和對性生活的保健知識宣傳等。在護理期間除了日常健康知識教育還需要輔助增加一定的藥物治療和護理觀察。結果在社區(qū)展開的健康教育宣傳工作和相關的護理干預,需要針對患者進行病癥的治療,希望能夠患者患者圍絕經(jīng)期出現(xiàn)的陰道干澀病癥,提升婦女患者正常的性欲需求,緩解患者出現(xiàn)的頭部疼痛和胸悶心悸情況。梳理患者煩躁的情緒提升患者的睡眠質(zhì)量,降低患者時常出現(xiàn)的潮熱和盜汗現(xiàn)象。以上一系列的臨床病癥得到顯著的干預和控制,就能夠提升患者對護理的滿意程度,并且提升患者的生活質(zhì)量。以上社區(qū)護理比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論針對基層的社區(qū)婦女開展健康教育宣傳的工作,從實際的護理工作出發(fā),針對圍絕經(jīng)期婦女出現(xiàn)的病癥進行良好的干預和治療,密切關注患者的病癥恢復效果,能夠有效的促進患者病癥得到緩解,值得在社區(qū)乃至整體醫(yī)療工作當中進行推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the community health care and nursing intervention in perimenopausal women, to record nursing and health care information, to compare the effects, to observe and summarize. Methods from January 2011 to January 2014, the data of community perimenopausal women were collected. During the course of data collection, 5123 women in the community were provided with routine gynecological examinations. Among them, there were 100 cases of clinical comprehensive symptoms of perimenopausal women. These 100 cases were regularly followed up and visited. The process information of nursing intervention was analyzed retrospectively. The contents of community nursing for 100 patients included the guidance of life and rest, the adjustment of diet and psychology, the examination of gynecological diseases and the propaganda of health knowledge about sexual life. In addition to daily health education, medical treatment and nursing observation should be supplemented during nursing. Results the health education propaganda and related nursing intervention in the community need to be treated for the patients with symptoms, hoping to improve the normal sexual desire of women patients with vaginal dryness and acerbity of vagina during the peri-menopausal period. Relief of head pain and chest tightness and palpitations. Combing the patient's irritable mood improves sleep quality and reduces frequent hot flashes and night sweats. The intervention and control of the above series of clinical symptoms can improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing care and improve their quality of life. Compared with community nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion to carry out health education and propaganda for community women at the grass-roots level, starting from the actual nursing work, we should carry out good intervention and treatment on the symptoms of menopausal women, and pay close attention to the recovery effect of the patients' symptoms. Can effectively promote the relief of patient disease, worth in the community and even the overall medical work to promote.
