【摘要】：回顧分析2014年3月—2015年2月493例因鼻竇炎、鼻息肉手術(shù)行鼻腔填塞患者的所有病例資料,調(diào)查所有發(fā)生暈厥患者。有41例在抽取高膨脹海綿時發(fā)生暈厥,發(fā)生率8.31%。分析鼻腔填塞患者在抽取高膨脹海綿時突發(fā)暈厥的原因,患者具有暈血史、空腹、疼痛、精神緊張與暈厥發(fā)生有明顯相關(guān)性。鼻腔填塞患者在抽取高膨脹海綿時無論男女,均有可能發(fā)生暈厥,護(hù)理上需要關(guān)注患者的心理狀況,有無暈血史,操作前護(hù)理提早監(jiān)測介入,預(yù)防暈厥發(fā)生,并做好疼痛和飲食護(hù)理。
[Abstract]:The data of 493 patients with nasal cavity tamponade due to sinusitis and nasal polyps from March 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and all patients with syncope were investigated. In 41 cases, syncope occurred during extraction of high swelling sponge, the incidence rate was 8.31%. The causes of sudden syncope in nasal cavity tamponade patients were analyzed. The patients had a history of blood halo, fasting stomach, pain, mental tension and syncope. In nasal cavity packing patients, both men and women may have syncope when extracting high swelling sponge. In nursing care, attention should be paid to the psychological condition of the patient, the history of blood halo, and the intervention of pre-operation nursing to prevent syncope, so as to prevent the occurrence of syncope. And do a good job of pain and diet care.
