【摘要】：目的了解北京社區(qū)人群血漿葉酸水平,探究影響葉酸水平的相關(guān)因素。方法采用橫斷面研究設(shè)計(jì),對北京石景山社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查及血漿葉酸水平測定。研究共納入5 227名研究對象。結(jié)果研究人群血漿葉酸的中位數(shù)(P25,P75)為6.18(4.98~8.18)ng/ml,其中男性為5.29(4.49~6.75)ng/ml,明顯低于女性[6.79(5.45~9.02)ng/ml]。血漿葉酸水平(自然對數(shù))的多因素線性回歸分析顯示:肥胖(β=-0.037,P=0.008 6)、吸煙(β=-0.118,P0.000 1)的個(gè)體葉酸水平(自然對數(shù))較低;較高年齡(β=0.003,P0.000 1)、女性(β=0.186,P0.000 1)、更高的受教育程度(β=0.039,P=0.000 5)、近3個(gè)月來每周不少于5 d的運(yùn)動(β=0.037,P=0.008 6)及每周不少于3 d補(bǔ)充B族維生素(β=0.299,P0.000 1)的個(gè)體血漿葉酸水平(自然對數(shù))較高。按性別分層分析,肥胖及運(yùn)動僅與女性的葉酸水平(自然對數(shù))有關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05),而其他因素對葉酸的影響趨勢無性別差異。結(jié)論北京社區(qū)人群血漿葉酸處于較低水平;個(gè)體差異、生活方式及維生素的補(bǔ)充對葉酸水平產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the plasma folic acid level and its related factors in Beijing community. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the level of plasma folic acid in Shijingshan community residents in Beijing. A total of 5,227 subjects were included in the study. Results the median of plasma folic acid (P25 / P75) was 6.18 (4.98 ~ 8.18) ng / ml in the study group, and 5.29 (4.49 ~ 6.75) ng / ml in male, which was significantly lower than that in female [6.79 (5.45 ~ 9.02) ng/ml]. The multivariate linear regression analysis of plasma folic acid level (natural logarithm) showed that the individual folic acid level (natural logarithm) was lower in obesity (尾 -0.037) and smoking (尾 -0.118 P0.000 1). At a higher age (尾 = 0.003), female (尾 = 0.186), higher educational level (尾 = 0.039), exercise for not less than 5 days a week (尾 = 0.037) and vitamin B supplementation (尾 = 0.299P ~ (0.000 1), plasma folic acid level (natural logarithm) was higher than that of group B vitamin supplement (尾 -0.299p _ (0.0001) for at least 3 days per week in the last three months. By sex stratification analysis, obesity and exercise were only associated with folic acid level (natural logarithm) of women (P0.05), while other factors had no gender difference on the trend of folic acid. Conclusion the level of plasma folic acid in Beijing community population is low, and individual differences, lifestyle and vitamin supplementation influence the level of folic acid.
