【摘要】：目的探究應用手術(shù)室舒適護理對乳腺癌患者的影響效果。方法根據(jù)河北醫(yī)科大學第四醫(yī)院收治的80例乳腺癌行手術(shù)治療的患者為研究對象,按入院順序隨機分為實驗組和對照組,分別實施手術(shù)室舒適護理和常規(guī)護理,比較兩組患者的護理效果和護理滿意度。結(jié)果實驗組患者舒適度評估中均優(yōu)于對照組患者,且比較差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);實驗組患者對護理工作的滿意度為100%,對照組滿意度為87.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論乳腺癌手術(shù)患者應用舒適護理可以提高患者的舒適度和護理滿意度,值得在臨床中推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comfortable nursing in operating room on breast cancer patients. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer treated by surgery in the fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission. Comfortable nursing and routine nursing in operating room were performed respectively. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05), the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 100, the satisfaction degree in the control group was 87.5, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion comfort nursing can improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of breast cancer patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
