【摘要】：目的：本研究通過(guò)應(yīng)用復(fù)方黃柏液臀部濕敷法與維生素AD涂臀聯(lián)合輻射臺(tái)暴露法，對(duì)新生兒臀炎進(jìn)行護(hù)理，比較其效果，評(píng)估不同干預(yù)方式對(duì)縮小臀炎面積及減輕臀炎嚴(yán)重程度的效果，探索治療與護(hù)理新生兒臀炎的新方法。 方法：選取2013年2月至2013年12月入住吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院新生兒科，診斷為新生兒臀炎的患兒，將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的80例臀炎患兒，隨機(jī)分成兩組，即復(fù)方黃柏液臀部濕敷組（研究組）和維生素AD聯(lián)合輻射臺(tái)臀部暴露組（對(duì)照組），每組40例，觀察和比較兩種護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)新生兒臀炎的護(hù)理效果。采用SPSS18.0軟件對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果以P＜0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)果： 1.對(duì)兩組患兒的年齡、體重和性別進(jìn)行比較，P＞0.05，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 2.對(duì)兩組患兒實(shí)施干預(yù)前的皮損嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行比較，P＞0.05，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 3.80例患兒干預(yù)后的總體治愈率為67.5%（54/80）。復(fù)方黃柏液組患兒，干預(yù)后的治愈率為82.5%（33/40）；維生素AD組患兒，，干預(yù)后的治愈率為52.5%（21/40）。通過(guò)卡方檢驗(yàn)，兩種干預(yù)后對(duì)新生兒臀炎皮損嚴(yán)重程度的評(píng)價(jià)比較，P＜0.05，差異有顯著性意義。 4.兩組患兒干預(yù)后皮損面積評(píng)分的比較，復(fù)方黃柏液組評(píng)分為0.20±0.07分，維生素AD組評(píng)分為0.93±0.20分，t檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果P＜0.05，差異有顯著性意義。 結(jié)論：復(fù)方黃柏液濕敷臀部法對(duì)新生兒臀炎的護(hù)理效果顯著，明顯減輕了皮損嚴(yán)重程度和皮損面積，并且對(duì)重度、極重度臀炎效果明顯，是新生兒臀炎一種有效的護(hù)理干預(yù)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: in this study, the nursing care of neonate gluteal inflammation was carried out by using the method of compound yellow cypress liquid wet application of buttocks and vitamin A D coating on the hip combined with radiation table exposure, and compared its effect. To evaluate the effect of different intervention methods on reducing the area of gluteal inflammation and reducing the severity of gluteal inflammation, and to explore a new method for treating and nursing neonatal gluteal inflammation. Methods: from February 2013 to December 2013, 80 children with gluteal inflammation were randomly divided into two groups. There were 40 cases in each group. The nursing effects of two kinds of nursing interventions on neonatal gluteitis were observed and compared. The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software, and the statistical results were statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Results: 1. There was no significant difference in age, weight and sex between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the severity of skin lesions between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). The overall cure rate of 3.80 cases was 67.5% (54 / 80). The cure rate after intervention was 82.5% (33 / 40) and 52.5% (21 / 40) in vitamin A D group. The chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference between the two interventions in evaluating the severity of gluteal inflammation in neonates (P < 0.05). After intervention, the score of skin lesion area in the two groups was 0.20 鹵0.07 in the compound Phellodendron officinalis group and 0.93 鹵0.20 in the vitamin A D group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing effect of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress on the buttocks of newborns with gluteal inflammation is remarkable, the severity of skin damage and the area of skin damage are obviously reduced, and the effect on severe and extremely severe gluteitis is obvious. It is an effective nursing intervention method for neonatal gluteal inflammation.
