【摘要】：目的了解膳食纖維對術后結腸癌患者的臨床治療效果,探究其對結腸癌患者術后免疫功能及炎性反應的影響。方法采用前瞻性隨機對照研究,選取病理診斷為結腸癌并且行結腸癌根治術的患者60例,其中膳食纖維生態(tài)腸內營養(yǎng)組(試驗組)30例,生態(tài)腸內營養(yǎng)組(對照組)30例。分別于術前第1天、術后第2天、術后第7天清晨空腹抽取外周靜脈血,檢測血T淋巴細胞亞群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)和血清免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)等免疫指標,腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、降鈣素原(PCT)等炎癥反應指標。結果各時間點兩組間的CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IgM水平差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而在術后第7天,試驗組CD4+、IgA、IgG水平高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組TNF-α、IL-6水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論在結腸癌患者中,術后早期給予膳食纖維可提高患者機體免疫功能、減輕炎性反應。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dietary fiber on postoperative immune function and inflammatory response in patients with colon cancer. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients with colon cancer diagnosed by pathology and underwent radical resection of colon cancer, including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the ecological enteral nutrition group and 30 cases in the control group. Peripheral venous blood was collected on the first day before operation, the second day after operation and the morning of 7 days after operation. The T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 T lymphocyte subsets) and serum immunoglobulin (IgA) immunoglobulin (IgG CD3) were detected in the first day of operation, the second day after operation and the morning of 7 days after operation. Tumor necrosis factor-偽 (TNF- 偽), interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT), and other inflammatory markers. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point (P0.05), but on the 7th day after operation, the level of CD4 IgA CD3 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the level of TNF- 偽 IL-6 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion in colon cancer patients, early postoperative dietary fiber can improve the immune function of patients and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
