【摘要】：目的探討口腔頜面外科手術患者術后術區(qū)采用冰袋冰敷后皮膚的溫度,明確每次冰敷持續(xù)和間斷的時間,為臨床護理工作提供有效的依據(jù)。方法對符合條件的頜面部手術術后40例患者立即進行冰袋冷敷,時間0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h,采用非接觸紅外額溫度計監(jiān)測冰敷局部皮膚的溫度。結果冰敷后患者術區(qū)皮膚溫度有所下降,但維持在30℃以上;隨著時間的延長,皮膚溫度有上升的趨勢。結論每次冰敷持續(xù)時間可以適當延長,必要時可以24 h不間斷進行冰敷,只需每隔1~2 h更換冰袋。
