【摘要】：目的針對(duì)骨科手術(shù)患者感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,探討手術(shù)室醫(yī)院感染控制對(duì)策,有效地預(yù)防及采取護(hù)理措施。方法選取醫(yī)院2015年1-12月行手術(shù)的骨科患者,通過(guò)在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,分析引發(fā)感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,并提出有效護(hù)理措施。結(jié)果 9 559例骨科手術(shù)患者中發(fā)生手術(shù)部位感染39例,感染率0.04%,切斷了引起醫(yī)院手術(shù)室感染的途徑,避免各項(xiàng)手術(shù)感染的發(fā)生。結(jié)論通過(guò)加強(qiáng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行無(wú)菌操作、嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行術(shù)中預(yù)防感染與控制以及控制手術(shù)時(shí)間、預(yù)防低體溫等環(huán)節(jié),以及嚴(yán)格落實(shí)相關(guān)的預(yù)防手術(shù)感染措施,使骨科手術(shù)部位的感染率得到有效降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of infection in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, and to discuss the control measures of nosocomial infection in operating room, and to effectively prevent and take nursing measures. Methods selected orthopedic patients who underwent surgery from January to December 2015, analyzed the risk factors of infection and put forward effective nursing measures through the problems found in the work. Results among 9 559 cases of orthopedic surgery, 39 cases had site infection and the infection rate was 0.04%, which cut off the way of nosocomial operating room infection and avoided the occurrence of all kinds of surgical infection. Conclusion by strengthening the strict implementation of aseptic operation, strictly carrying out intraoperative infection prevention and control, controlling operation time, preventing hypothermia and so on, and strictly implementing the relevant measures to prevent surgical infection. The infection rate of orthopedic surgery site was reduced effectively.
